The following are a compilation of message traffic that was introduced
on the ASK_UFO echo on the ParaNet UFO network by contributing editor, Don Ecker
of UFO MAGAZINE. This file is for anyone that has ever read any materials
by Milton William Cooper or John Lear and made you _wonder_ about
these individuals. Incidentally, Don Ecker did a 2 part series last
year called "The Whistleblowers" that featured a thorough investigation
of Bill Cooper and did a wonderful job, in my opinion. :-)

The following message may seem a bit obtuse at first, but please
read on for a moment and you will catch what is going on.

In my job as Director of Research for UFO Magazine, I get to meet
sometimes strange but also very interesting people. Also as
Director, I oft times get documents, books, and papers for the mag
that I can peruse before most of the public. Also, having been
involved with ParaNet since the end of 1987 the beginning of 1988,
I have seen a lot happen in the field and with ParaNet both good
and bad. Late in 1987 Jim Speiser, the founder of ParaNet was at
the helm as Director. I was Co-Sysop with the old ParaNet RHO, now
no longer in service. In late December 1987, Jim Speiser received
the now famous, or perhaps more to the point, infamous *LEAR.DOC*
that set parts of the UFO field on fire. For any of you that were
not around then, for months and finally years, and now even, people
have read Lears paper, and the turmoil continued.
Months later, after Lear "surfaced", another character
hit the field. This guys name is now also famous, or more to the
point, infamous ** Milton William Cooper. Cooper, now known for his
attacks on most researchers, accusing them of being govt. agents,
etc. was much more restrained in those days. After Lear had his
paper posted, many of the then ParaNet users, had many questions
for "Lear and Co." As time went on, Lear grew tired of people
asking him about sources, etc. and more often than not would fire
back. Cooper then began to ally himself with Lear.

Cooper came on the seen with a report about having sighted a UFO
while a crew member on a U. S. Sub, the TIRU. A short while later,
after covertly sending a file to Speiser to be forwarded to Stanton
Friedman, and then also sending a file to me to send to Friedman,
( without Speiser or me knowing about the other ) Cooper began to
upload all kinds of wondrous files with some outrageous claims and
documents. Of course he also came under some fire here because he
could not prove one damn thing that he claimed either. AND, OF
COURSE ONE HELL OF A LOT MORE HAPPENED. But we will leave that for
another day.

What is all of this, and why is it here? Well, one of Coopers big
drawing cards at his $25.00 and $35.00 per head lectures has been
the Kennedy Murder. Cooper has been showing a VERY POOR COPY of the
famous Zapruder film that "looks as if" the driver of Kennedy's car
turns around and shoots him with a pistol. The film was originally
worked on by a Kennedy researcher by the name of Lars Hansson. For
any of you that read my two parter on Cooper in UFO Magazine, in
part two Hansson discussed this entire sorry episode. But you are
still asking what is this about? Ok.......

During all this business with Lear, Cooper, etc. Hansson was off
and on in Las Vegas, and spent a great deal of time with Lear.
Hansson lived for a while in Lears guest house, did odd jobs for
Lear while working on his research, and Lears UFO stuff. Hansson
was right in the middle of Lear, Cooper, Lazar, and many other
things, and for a number of reasons, Hansson and Lear "fell out".

Hansson also has been a very active researcher in illegal
government covert operations, arms trade, Iran-Contra, etc., and
has just finished an explosive expose entitled "UFOs, ALIENS, and
`Ex'-intelligence Agents: Who's Fooling Whom?" The Inside Story of
John Lear, Bill Cooper, and The Greatest Coverup in Human History.

I have gone through my files, and the next several messages go back
to those days in 1988 and 1989. After I get those messages up, read
them and then in a couple days I will
upload sections from Hansson's book. If you are interested in the
real story ( other than UFO Magazine of course ) of what went on
with Lear, Cooper, the U.S. Govt. and what may have been behind
Lear, et. al, this is one that you will not want to miss.
Documents, phone calls, arms shipments, alleged involvement in the
Marcos Gold shipments, Iran-Contra, CIA airlines, CIA pilots, folks
like G. Gordon Liddy, Gordon Novel, they are all here and a part of
the story. UFOs? Yep, they are here to. The inside story on what
may have been going on at S-4, Lazar, etc. How Cooper took all
these stories and wove his tale from whole cloth. Prostitutes, bad
cops, the A.I.D.s virus, and a possible cure that had been
discovered, the whole damn thing is incredible. At any rate, the
book will give pause for thought. Ok, lets go on a short time trip
back to 1988.

The question is often asked, why don't more military UFO
witnesses come forward publicly, and provide names, dates
and places? Surely they aren't REALLY intimidated by such
empty threats as JANAP 146-E, which provides for hefty fines
and jail sentences for breaking silence on a military UFO
sighting. Surely they realize the scien- tific import of
their sighting transcends any nationalist or mili- tary
considerations. If more military witnesses don't come forth
publicly, isn't it possible that there aren't really as many
as hardcore ufologists would have us believe? Its a question
I've often asked myself.

ParaNet is deeply indebted to, and a little honored by, user Bill
Cooper of Fullerton, California, for this, the first known report
of a multiple military witness sighting that occurred onboard the
submarine USS Tiru in 1966.

In 1966 during the month of the Rose Festival in the Pacific
 Northwest United States, the USS Tiru SS-416 left Pearl
 Harbor bound for Seattle Washington.  The sub moored to a
 civilian pier near the downtown Seattle area and thousands
 of people toured the sub during its stay in Seattle.  After
 its duty as "showboat" it proceeded to a back bay area
 where it underwent torpedo trials.  I believe the area was
 called dabob bay [pronounced day-bob] but I am not sure of
 the spelling.  I include the above information because it
 should be easy to research.  During the cruise from Pearl
 to Seattle five of the crew had a very unusual experience.
 During one late afternoon the sub was cruising on the
 surface at approx. 10 knots when the port lookout reported
 a strange contact at a range of 2 miles bearing 315 degrees
 relative.  The lookout refused to tell the OOD what it was
 that he had seen and instead insisted that the starboard
 lookout and the OOD both look at that area.  The three men
 looked through their binoculars toward the area reported
 and were astounded to see a metal craft larger than a
 football field tumble from the clouds into the ocean.  It
 actually tumbled end over end and when it hit the water and
 sank beneath the ocean huge geysers of water rose into the
 air.  When the port lookout was sure that the others had
 seen it he then told the OOD that he had seen it tumble
 from the ocean up into the clouds.  The OOD and the
 starboard lookout were speechless.  Within a few minutes,
 however, they all became excited when it again rose from
 the water and tumbled up into the cloud layer.  At about
 the same time a crew member below queried the bridge about
 a radar contact at the same range and bearing.  Sonar also
 reported strange echos.  The OOD called for the Captain to
 come to the bridge at that time. He also called for the
 camera to be sent to the bridge.  The Captain arrived on
 the bridge within 2 minutes and the Chief Quartermaster was
 right behind him with the camera. At about the same time
 the object emerged from the clouds and fell down into the
 ocean.  All five men witnessed this.  The QMC took pictures
 as it rose up into the clouds and then back down into the
 ocean once again.  The five men watched for quite a while
 longer but nothing else happened.  Soon the sub had moved
 out of visual range and the Captain told all witnesses that
 they were never to discuss what they had seen with anyone
 under any circumstances.  He stated that the incident was
 classified information.  The Captain then went below and
 sent a radio msg.  There was no doubt as to what we had
 seen.  It was a metal craft with machinery on and around
 the outside of it.  It appeared to have windows or lenses
 placed around its perimeter.  It made no noise that we
 could hear.  It did not disturb the subs electrical systems
 nor did it affect the gyro compass.  It looked very much
 like a round flying "ship" as in sea going ship.  It had
 the shape and form of a saucer with a bowl inverted in the
 saucer and it was huge.  I will never forget it as long as
 I live. When I first saw this craft I believe that my heart
 literally stopped beating and I was terrified.  The name of
 the OOD was Ensign Ball.  The starboard lookout was an
 American Indian seaman that the crew called Geronimo. The
 port lookout was a new man who left the sub soon after the
 return to Pearl Harbor and his name was Cooper.  I do not
 remember the Captain's name nor the Chief Quartermaster's
 name.  This is the first time I have ever mentioned it
 since the moment that the Captain told me that it was
 classified. As far as I know it has never been reported to
 the public before this instant.  It should be easy to
 verify the facts if you can get a copy of the log and/or
 contact the other witnesses.  The names should not be too
 hard to find in the ships records/logs.  I was the port
 lookout.  I must say that I feel a great uneasyness in
 posting this, much like the way I felt in Vietnam when my
 life was in great danger.

 -In light of some of the controversy surrounding Lear.txt, perhaps it would
   be helpful to refer to some statements attributed to John Lear's father,
   the late William P. Lear, pertaining to possible UFO technology.
   They are excerpted from the 1978 book entitled "The Cosmic Conspiracy".
   They are presented here merely as interesting anecdotes, which may also
   be helpful to an understanding of what has influenced John Lear.

      "William P. Lear, inventor and chairman of the board of Lear, Inc., one
 of the nation's largest electronics firms specializing in aviation, for
 months has been going over new developments and theories relating to
 gravity with his chief scientists and engineers".
   "...He is convinced that it will be possible to create  artificial electro-
 gravitational fields 'whose polarity can be controlled to cancel out
gravity".
   "...'All the (mass) materials and human beings within these fields will be
 part of them. They will be adjustable so as to increase or decrease the
 weight of any object in its surroundings. They won't be affected by the
 earth's gravity or that of any celestial body".
      'This means that if any person was in an anti-gravitational airplane or
 space ship that carried along its own gravitational field - no matter how
 fast you accelerated or changed course - your body wouldn't any more feel
 it than it now feels the speed of the earth' ".
      "...Eugene M. Gluhareff, president of Gluhareff Helicopter and Airplane
 Corp. of Manhattan Beach, Calif., has made several theoretical design studies
 of round or saucer-shaped 'vehicles' for travel into outer space..."

   It might also be of some interest to the reader that this author witnessed
 the late William P. Lear making another nationwide statement on a daytime,
 American television program in about 1969-70. This later statement was
 made in response to a question from the emcee who wanted to know what Mr.
 Lear envisioned the next twenty years producing in new technology. Mr. Lear
 told him that a person would be able to, say, walk into a New York "travel"
 booth - somewhat similar to a telephone box in shape; - deposit his fare;
 push a button; and walk out the other side of the booth in San Francisco -
 having been "teleported" across America in seconds! The studio audience
 automatically laughed at Mr. Lear - much to their uninformed discredit.
 Mr. Lear just gaped at their performance in utter amazement. How painfully
 sad and lonely he must have felt at that moment when he realized the great
 gulf that separated the viewing audience from the realities he had already
 witnessed in the laboratory... He was a kind and sincere man; and this
 author, for one, feels a great loss at Mr. Lear's recent death...

      In his book of 1957, entitled, "The Flying Saucer Conspiracy", Donald
 Keyhoe also mentioned some rather indicting news on pages 200-201:
      "On 2nd February, while visiting Bogota, Columbia, William P. Lear
 manufacturer of aircraft and electronic equipment, told a news conference
 that the flying saucers are real".
      "When Lear's story was flashed to the United States by the AP, it was
 a hard blow for the UFO censors. But this was only the beginning. Within
 twenty-four hours Lear amplified his first statement: 'I feel the flying
 saucers are real', he said, 'because of four points'. First, he said, there
 have been numerous manifestations over long periods of time. Second,
 many observations have been made simultaneously by reliable observers.
 Third, there are great possibilities linked with the theory of gravitational
 fields. Fourth, there are now serious efforts in progress to prove the
 existence of anti-gravitational forces and to convert atomic energy
 directly to electricity".
      "This new AP story dismayed the Pentagon, for it could easily disclose
 our top-secret research to duplicate the UFO's propulsion. There had
 already been one hint despite Pentagon precautions. During a meeting of
 aviation leaders in New York, on the 25th of January, G.S. Trimble, vice-
 president of advance design for the Glenn L. Martin Aircraft Company, had
 made an amazing disclosure... "Unlimited power, freedom form gravitational
 attraction, and infinitely short travel time are now becoming feasible', he
 told the press. Then he added that eventually all commercial air transpor-
 tation would be in vehicles operating on these fantastic principles".

       I'd like to clear up one issue that seems to be bubbling under the
surface of some of these discussions.

       A lot of people have taken an interest in LEAR.TXT, because of its
obvious spectacular nature, because of its somewhat famous author, and more
recently, because to the inexperienced follower, some of what John has said
would seem to have been born out by the recent TV special. I think a short
chronology of events will put things in perspective.

       The two gentlemen you saw on UFO COVER-UP LIVE, Bill Moore and Jamie
Shandera, have been working on the MJ-12 angle since the early part of this
decade. Condor and Falcon are their alleged contacts. The MJ-12 documents were
first hinted at in the fall of 1986, when they were shown to Lee Graham, who
leaked them to CAUS, which published a two-part article on the documents in
their Fall 1986 issue. The documents were first released in April of 1987, at
which time Moore's Fair Witness Project sent them to several Ufologists,
myself
among them. As far as I know, ParaNet was the first place that the documents
became publicly viewable.

       It was around this time that John Lear was beginning to make a name for
himself in Ufology. He showed up at the MUFON symposium in Washington that
June, where Moore, Friedman and Shandera made a splash with the Documents.
They
had already made a splash the previous month at the National UFO Conference in
Burbank, where they had made the first of their oft-repeated promises of
releasing more information in the future. From the start, "more information"
included videotapes of government agents spilling their guts about the
cover-up
and telling of underground bases and secret deals.

       In late November or early December of 1987, John Lear went to Los
Angeles to visit with Moore. He told me personally that Moore had shown him
much of his information (whether that included the actual videotapes or not, I
don't know).

       In late December of 1987, I received LEAR.TXT from John, and was asked
to have it typed up and released through ParaNet. It was early January by the
time I was able to comply.

       It wasn't clear from the actual LEAR.TXT document, but in a cover
letter
(which was not at first supplied to ParaNet), John had said that the contents
constituted his "hypothesis," a sort of distillation of things he had come
across from various sources, including Moore, Steinman's book "UFO Crash at
Aztec," Len Stringfield's work, and information he had culled from several
intelligence contacts.

       My point is this: I have no way of telling at this time whether the
information presented by Moore, Shandera, Falcon or Condor is true, but there
is no reason for people to point to the testimonials of Falcon and Condor and
say that they tend to corroborate Lear's hypothesis, because there is no
reason
to believe they are not the SOURCE of Lear's hypothess, at least in large
part.
In other words, Lear happened to have an inside track before most of you had
even heard of this stuff.

       I'm only posting this so that people's attention doesn't get
misdirected
from the true issues. Whether or not Moore-Shandera-Friedman have the real
goods, the ball is in THEIR court and not Lear's.

       There will be a further statement on this forthcoming from MSF

MAJESTIC TWELVE  (PROWORD) MAJIC

MAJESTIC TWELVE, MAJESTIC 12, MAJESTIC-12, MJ-12, MAJIC, are all forms of the
code name for the control group authorized by President Truman on 09/24/47.
The Director of the Central Intelligenge Agency (CIA) is the Director of
Majestic Twelve, MJ-1.  The control group was formed to oversee a TOP SECRET
Research and Development & Intelligence Operation and was responsible only to
the President.  The need for this group was dictated by the finding of a
downed FLYING SAUCER scattered over 2 sites near the town of Roswell New
Mexico in July 1947.  The dead bodys of 4 very small human like ALIENS were
also found.  MAJESTIC TWELVE is the most highly classified secret in the
United States and its existance has never been divulged to Congress.  The
funds for MJ-12 and Aquarius are CIA confidential (non-appropriated).

PROJECTS under MAJESTIC TWELVE
The operations listed here were current as late as 1976 with absolute
certainty and are still operational to the best of our knowledge.  The names
of the original operations were changed several times over the years and
eventually evolved into those listed.

PROJECT SIGN  (PROWORD) MAJIC
The first project under MAJESTIC TWELVE.  The mission of project sign was
essentially the same as that which PROJECT AQUARIUS evolved into.  PROJECT
SIGN referred to aliens as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities.  The reasons
for the absorbtion of PROJECT SIGN by PROJECT AQUARIUS were mainly of a
political and security nature.  PROJECT AQUARIUS stripped the Air Force and
Army Generals of their historic control of the UFO/IAC projects and placed
most of it under the Intelligence umbrella.

PROJECT AQUARIUS  (PROWORD) MAJIC
Established in 1953 by President Eisenhower under control of MJ-12 and PROJECT
SIGN.  The Project contains all information collected by the United States
since it began investigating UFO's (Unidentified Flying Objects) and IAC's
(Identified Alien Craft).  At the time we saw this information it existed in
approximately 15 or 16 volumes.  This project became an independent project
when PROJECT SIGN was eliminated in 1960. PROJECT AQUARIUS referred to aliens
as Alien Life Forms. The mission of PROJECT AQUARIUS was to gather all
scientific, technological, medical, and intelligence information from UFO &
IAC sightings and contacts with Alien Life Forms.  The information was to be
used in the space program.

PROJECT SIGMA  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS
Established in 1954 as part of PROJECT SIGN. The mission of PROJECT SIGMA was
to establish communication with the aliens. First communication was
established in 1959 through binary computer language. On April 25, 1964 a USAF
(OSI) officer met with aliens at a prearranged desert location in New Mexico.
Information was exchanged and a basic understanding was reached after several
hours.  It was learned through this effort that several species of alien
life existed. Communication was eventually established with all of them.
Through communications it was determined that 3 catagorys existed.  The three
catagorys are MALEVOLENT (DANGEROUS), BENEVOLENT (GOOD-HELPFUL), and NEUTRAL
(OBSERVERS ONLY)  The project has been extremely successful.

PROJECT PLATO (PROWORD) AQUARIUS Established in 1960 after the United States
established communications with the aliens.  The mission of PROJECT PLATO was
to establ ish diplomatic re lations with the aliens. Project Plato made
agreements in order to prevent hostilitys between the United States and the
aliens.  An agreement was made with the MALEVOLENT aliens whereby they could
abduct humans.  The purpose of these abductions were to provide blood and
other biological fluids as food for the aliens. The aliens agreed to furnish a
list periodically to MJ-12 of the names of those abducted.  PROJECT PLATO took
whatever steps neccessary to prevent public disclosure.


* PROJECT PLUTO  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS
Established in 1947 after the Roswell incident.  The mission of PROJECT PLUTO
was to recover all crashed or downed alien craft, to recover all evidence of
alien presence or technology, and to recover all alien bodies (alive or dead).
PROJECT PLUTO developed cover stories to satisfy press and civilian curiosity.
PROJECT PLUTO was authorized use of deadly force and/or relocation to insure
secrecy.  PROJECT PLUTO was responsible for and biological intelligence of the
Alien Life Forms.

PROJECT POUNCE  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS Established in 1968.  The mission of
PROJECT POUNCE was to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space
technology.  The goal was to duplicate the technology and/or improve upon it.
Ultimate use of the technology would establish the United States as the
dominate world power and close the gap in any confrontation with the aliens.

PROJECT REDLIGHT  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS Established in 1954.  The mission
REDLIGHT was to test a recovered alien craft.  The mission was accomplished in
part only.  PROJECT REDLIGHT was terminated in 1963 after every (flyable)
recovered craft exploded during test flights. There were no survivors among
the human test pilots.

PROJECT SNOWBIRD  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS Established in 1972.  The mission of
PROJECT SNOWBIRD was to test fly a recovered alien craft.  The project was on
going the last time I saw this information.

PROJECT ????????  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS (NOTE...We are recall the name of this
project nor have we been able to get response from anyone on it.  At the time
we saw the information the project was ongoing.  It cannot be determined if
this project is still in existence.) The mission of this project was to
develop a low frequency pulsed sound generator.  The energy produced from this
generator was to be concentrated so that it could be aimed and used as a
weapon in order to destroy the alien craft and beam weapons.  The alien beam
weapons were described as ange but able to incapacitate or destroy any weapons
system known to date (1972).  The aliens also possess a beam weapon which is
described as being able to paralyse any human within range.  Tests were
described as having shown that the alien craft and weapons were extremely
sensitive to low frequency pulsed sound waves.  This weapon was to be used to
incapacitate the alien defenses in order to allow PROJECT EXCALIBUR to succeed
in its mission.  The initial technology used in this project was capture the
Germans during WW- II.  The German sound generators were described as being
able to knock down reinforced concrete buildings and shatter 4" thick armour
from a great range.  This technology is believed to further substantiate that
Germany had recovered alien craft and had possibly had some dealings with the
aliens prior to or during WW-II.  Documents captured during and after WW-II
indicated that an alien craft had been recovered by Germany in 1939.  A German
built flying saucer was captured dur last few months of WW-II.

PROJECT EXCALIBUR  (PROWORD) AQUARIUS Established in 1972.  The mission of
PROJECT EXCALIBUR is to develop a weapons system capable of destroying the
alien underground base after the alien beam weapons have been incapacitated or
destroyed.  The alien underground base is located beneath an indian
reservation near the small town of Dulce, New Mexico.  The device must be
capable of penetrating 1,000 meters of tufa / hard pack soil and sustain no
operational damage.  This typ is commonly found in New Mexico where the alien
base is located.  Missile apogee must not exceed 30,000 feet AGL.  Impact
deviation will now exceed 50 meters.  The device will carry a 1 megaton
warhead.

PROJECT BLUE BOOK A U.S. Air Force project establiahed to determine whether
UFO's pose a threat to the security of the United States and to determine
whether UFO's exhibit any unique scientific information or advanced technology
which could contribute to scientific or technical research.  PROJECT was
successful in its primary mission outlined above.  PROJECT BLUE BOOK was not
quite so successful in its secondary mission which was to publicly explain
away the UFO phenomenon as natural or known phenomenon in order to eleminate
public interest.  To completely fulfill the secondary mission it was decided
that an outside commission of distinguished scientists would be convened in
order to permanantly lay the issue to rest.  After this 'study' was completed
(Condon Commission) the Air Force state the continuation of Project Blue Book
cannot be justified, either on the ground of national security or in the
interest of science.  PROJECT BLUE BOOK was abandoned and its mission and
information was consolidated under PROJECT AQUARIUS in 1969.

SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS Contracted to the University
of Colorado in 1966 and Chaired by Dr. Edward U. Condon.  The results of the
panel were dictated before the first meeting.  Despite objections of the other
panel members, Dr. Cond le to fulfill the mission.  The general conclusion was
that "nothing has come from the study of UFOs in the past 21 years that has
added to scientific knowledge."  A panel from the National Academy of Sciences
agreed.  The press and the public were satisfied. Except for a hard core
element of UFO believers the issue died in the public forum.

OPERATION UFO  (NSA OPERATION IN SUPPORT OF PROJECT PLUTO) The mission of
Operation UFO was to form intelligence teams versed in all of the knowledge
learned which would be the first on scene of any UFO crash site in order to
secure the technology and prevent it from falling into foreign hands.  Several
teams existed over the world.  The United States was specifically concerned
that it did not fall into Soviet hands.  This mission was to be accomplished
no matter the country of occurrance.  Many subsequent ALIEN CRAFT recoverys
would occur in foreign countrys as well as the United States.  UFO was also
used to recover downed space hardware (especially So d to recover nuclear
weapons which became lost (usually by accident).

OPERATION MOONDUST  (SUPPORTED SPACE PROGRAM & UFO) The mission of Operation
Moondust was to provide a cover which would neutralize public curiosity while
recovery of an ALIEN CRAFT was being conducted.  The teams that made up the
compliment of Moondust were the same teams that made up UFO. Moondust was made
public and its mission (to the public) was to identify and recover United
States space hardware which might fall to earth. s a bonified mission when
circumstances dictated.

OPERATION BLUEFLY  (SUPPORTED UFO & MOONDUST) The mission of operation Bluefly
was to provide QUICK REACTION COMBAT TEAMS known as ALPHA teams (fight for
technology if neccessary), mechanical and technological support in recovery,
rapid and secure transport to secure storage and examination areas.  There are
several of these storage and examination areas in order to limit distance
traveled and thus limit the possible chance of an accident that cou e cargo to
public knowledge.  Several teams existed over the world.  Recovery and
transport of both EBEs (dead or alive) and Alien craft were accomplished.
Bluefly was also utilized in event of recovery of space objects (of
terrestrial origin), and event of recovery of lost nuclear weapons (usually
due to accident).


NOTE....This account of the history and current status of MAJESTIC TWELVE and
the Alien Life Forms has been kept brief. We believe that the intent, however,
has been served with th on provided.  The whole story would fill several
hundred volumes.  We realize that even with the combined effort of several
memorys we have probably made some mistakes.  We have tried to minimize the

                        LEAR AND COOPER: AN EXPLANATION
                              (But Not an Apology)

     Ordinarily,  I don't feel I have to explain my actions regarding this
     board  or  this network. I think I've developed a pretty good reputa-
     tion  for  reliability  and  fairness. I certainly owe nothing in the
     way  of an explanation to Messrs. Cooper and Lear. However, I can see
     where  some confusion may have arisen regarding my actions, especial-
     ly  on  the  part  of  Don Ecker, whom I have a great deal of respect
     for,  and  on the part of other users who have discreetly inquired as
     to my reasons.

     These  things  always  seem to come best in the form of chronologies,
     and so, a brief chronology follows.

     Bill  Cooper first contacted this board with a story of a sighting he
     had on board a submarine in 1966. The story (TIRU-1.UFO) was forward-
     ed  to  Vickie  Cooper for inclusion in a possible story in UFO Maga-
     zine.  It  was  also sent to Stan Friedman for verification. This was
     back in August.

I  learned  from Vickie Cooper that Bill (no relation) had had a con-
versation  with  her  in which the Majestic-12 documents had come up. When
she  mentioned  the  "proword" "MAJIC", he claimed to have seen that  word  on
several  documents  back  in his days with CINCPACFLT (Commander  in  Chief,
Pacific Fleet). About a week later, I received the  first of many files from
Cooper, in which he implied that he had firsthand contact with or knowledge of
individuals connected with MJ- 12.  (see  GUIDANCE.DOC).  He  further implied
that anyone possessing this  knowledge  was  in  great danger. I forwarded
this file to both Stanton Friedman  and  Jamie Shandera, to see whether any of
the in- formation in it checked out. I later found out that it did not.

     In  the  meantime,  Cooper took a more active role in the public mes-
     sage  base. He claimed publicly that he had lost his $75,000/year job
     as  a  marketing  director,  two  days  after having spoken with Stan
     Friedman.  He stated that he would not be providing any more info for
     this  reason.  In  the  meantime,  several  more documents written by
     Cooper  filtered  through the ParaNet system, by way of our Ft. Smith
     board.  They  were  uploaded anonymously, but were written by Cooper.
     They  each  contained  the same preamble, which claimed that the info
     was  for  myself  and  for Stanton Friedman only, and that we were in
     great  danger for possessing the info contained therein. (DANGER.DOC,
     MUGGER.DOC, PICNIC2.DOC).

At  around  this time, a user named Jeff Felix began using the board, and
asked  via chat for a private meeting between him and myself. We set  up  a
meet at the Jerry's on Scottsdale Road in Tempe (the same one  at  which  the
Phoenix Skeptics hold their monthly meetings.) At this  meeting,  Felix, who
is all of about 24, told a bizarre tale of having  been  an  NSA  cryptology
technician, of having been "fooling around"  on  the  NSA  computer, trying to
come up with an encryption program,  and  had  "stumbled across" the Majestic
file, the Aquarius file,  the whole ball of wax. "Its all true," he told us,
"the under- ground  bases, the aliens, the crashed saucers, etc." He claimed
that with  a modified modem, he could get back in to the files. Naturally, I
was extremely skeptical, and a few days later when I asked Felix a few
questions on the phone, testing his knowledge of the most basic intelligence
terminology,  I  became  flat-out  incredulous  when he failed  the  test.
What was even more revealing was that Bill Cooper had  provided me with some
of the questions I asked Felix, and I have a  captured chat session with
Cooper in which he expressed his doubts of Felix's veracity.

     In  my  last  online  chat  with Felix, he mentioned something called
     Project  X-calibur  (his  spelling). He said he had discussed it with
     Cooper  on  the  phone  before he had called me. Cooper later told me
     that  no,  Felix had not mentioned it. He told me he had heard of it,
     but  that  it was VERY Top Secret, above his level. He said he didn't
     know anything more about it.

     Much  to  my  surprise,  Cooper  later called to tell me that Project
     Excalibur  is real, that his sources told him it was a project by MJ-
     12  to  extract  technology  from  the aliens. He told me that it was
     important  I  get  in  touch with Felix, that if "the kid knows about
     [Excalibur],  he's  for  real." Felix, in the meantime, would give me
     no  information  about Excalibur, except that a friend of his who had
     done  the  same  thing he had (broken into the NSA's Cray-3 computer,
     the  most advanced and secure supercomputer in the world), had "stum-
     bled across" the Excalibur file.

     My  thinking  on Cooper and Felix at this time began to center on the
     thought  that  the two of them were scamming me behind my back, and I
     had  visions  of  having  ParaNet  become a home for unwed paranoids.
     When  John  LEar  returned  from  his long absence, and began to join
     with  Cooper  in a series of mutual admiration sessions, I saw things
     getting out of control.

     I  knew  by now that Cooper was either engaging in fantasy role-play-
     ing,  or  something more sinister. The word "disinformation" has been
     bandied  about  quite  freely  during  this  entire  MJ-12 mess. Now,
     please  consider:  Cooper's  credentials  as a Naval NCO with a back-
     ground  in  intelligence  seem to check out. His information is self-
     contradicting  and  paranoid, and  does NOT check out, at least with the
several  intelligence  sources  I have contacted. After the UFO COVER-UP
broadcast,  Cooper  sent ANOTHER file by way of ParaNet RHO in  BOISE,  called
his  10-15-88 Position Paper. In it he completely contradicts  his  entire
previous  thesis, and claims that the MJ-12 scenario  as painted by Moore's
group (and implicitly, by himself) is a hoax.  Further,  he  claims to be in
full agreement with John Lear (which agreement  seems  to  be  mutual,  based
on Lear's support of Cooper).  Now I  ask you, if agents of disinformation are
at work to discredit  the  field of  Ufology,  who  is the more likely
suspect? Moore/Shandera/Friedman,  who claimed  from  the  beginning  to have
videotapes  of  bona  fide  government agents, and produced them for live  TV,
or  Cooper/Lear, who seemingly plagiarized the Moore docu- ments,  gave  them
a slightly different spin, then turned around and contradicted  themselves
the  moment it became public knowledge, and can't  even  seem  to  agree  with
each other, yet support each other publicly?  My  locking  out  of  Cooper was
actually on the advice of Cooper  himself,  who  accused William Pitts and the
New Project Blue Book of  being  a military intelligence cover operation, and
ParaNet of  being  an unwitting  disinformation  pipeline. To avoid becoming
such  a  pipeline, which I'm sure no one here wants, I simply got rid of the
most likely suspect.

     As  to  Lear, I don't think any self-respecting Sysop would stand for
being  accused  of borderline treason on his public board, especially from  a
man  who  proudly displays in his office enlarged telephoto- graphs  of  the
installation at Groom Lake, the country's most secret tactical  aircraft
development  area,  obtained by himself after at- tempting  to  enter  the
area illegally. His unqualified support for Cooper,  which  seems  to  be
based  solely  on Cooper's unqualified support  for  him,  I  found
distasteful  and somehow disturbing, in light  of  the  fact that Cooper has
contradicted Lear's information. And  consider:  John  Lear entered Ufology in
early 1987, when it be- came  known  to  a few that Moore was going to release
MJ-12. Lear is known to have been a CIA operative in the past. He wears his
patriot- ism  on his office walls, in the form of autographed pictures of him-
self  standing with  G.  Gordon  Liddy.  Again, if disinformation is taking
place, I ask you, who is the more likely source?

     And  is  it  working? Well, consider. What if Moore/Shandera/Friedman
     DO  have  the  real  goods?  If  so,  isn't  it  a shame that so many
     intelligent  people,  people  such as Don Ecker, watched UFO COVER-UP
     LIVE,  and  instead  of  asking if MSF were for real, began asking if
     Lear  and  Cooper  were  for  real? This, despite the obvious contra-
     dictions and obfuscations listed below:

Although I knew it would somehow be inevitable, I have been very

cultivated image as a swashbuckling pilot and serious UFO
researcher, he is, in my opinion, and others', an irresponsible,
self-centered, loutish thrill-seeker who truly has no business in
the latter field, and questionable competence in the former, given
his record of hard-drinking and womanizing, at least during the
time I associated with him from 1988-1990.  Lest I be accused of
self-righteousness in this regard, I have never pretended to
sanctity, but have certainly interacted with Lear and the others
mentioned herein with utmost integrity, while he has not hesitated
to portray me publicly in a much different light.  Because of the
magnitude of the issues he has succeeded in forcing before the
world's attention, I believe that it is long past the time when the
public should know more of the truth about Lear which he has so
desperately been attempting to conceal. I sincerely regret that I
waited this long to bring it to their attention myself.  For
someone who has made such an effort to "wake up the masses" to the
looming peril of takeover by "grey aliens from Zeta Reticuli,"
which he has claimed are ensconced in underground havens in the
Nevada desert, the man has accomplished an even more masterful
cover-up of the looming peril of martial law under the fascist
masters he has willingly served for over two decades.   The only
reason I have reluctantly chosen not to publicize Lear's
involvement in the activities I am about to disclose until now was
that I had little doubt that his family would almost certainly
suffer severe negative repercussions, particularly considering some
of the principals involved.

While a few concerned citizens are still asking "Where was George?"
on October 19 and 20, 1980 when a shameful deal was being made in
Paris with the Iranians to keep the American hostages until the
precise moment Ronald Reagan was inaugurated, I am compelled by
conscience to inform them more fully on those who handled the
actual payoff.  This payoff has been estimated by those in the know
to ultimately total upwards of $82 billion in illegal weapons
transfers over a period of nearly a decade. On a more personal
level, I am also intent on making it clear to all concerned that I
am aware of the threats Lear has been making -- including his
obsession with having me killed, according to one mutual
acquaintance.  Since I made his threats public, he has claimed that
I am a "Walter Mitty" who would like to flatter myself that someone
cared enough to feel threatened by my disclosures.  I believe,
however, that Lear's fear has been genuine for some time that I
will expose his complete fraudulence on the UFO issue, and his
participation in such treasonous and criminal flight operations
over a number of years. In this regard, it is almost a given that
Lear might already have quietly made calls to his cronies in the
"trade" to whine and snivel about the numerous secrets he bragged
about to me.  Have no doubt whatsoever, that any of these people
would kill unhesitatingly to continue covering up many of the
things Lear bantered about openly to me, though he was fully aware
of my professional and political orientation from the very outset
of our contact with each other.

distract public attention from the Iran/Contra scandal which was
beginning to unravel

It is also well worth noting that Robert Gates, the former Deputy
Director of the CIA, whom Bush is again pushing for directorship
after he was forced to withdraw in 1987 because of his unsavory
connections with Casey and the diversion of Iranian funds to the
contras, is the scion of Gates/Firestone, the company which bought
out John's father's company, Lear-Siegler, at that time one of the
largest defense contractors in the world.

 Whatever thought I might have had about Lear's largesse quickly
evaporated when I learned he had been cut out of his father's will,
his father being Bill Lear, inventor of the Lear Jet and the 8-
track stereo, the "Stormy Genius" who would perhaps have rivaled
Howard Hughes himself, but for his own peculiar distractions.  The
reasons why Bill made and lost several fortunes, wives and
girlfriends, and was later moved to cut John out of his will are
the stuff of legend already, though I have my own suspicions. The
bottom line was that, contrary to public opinion, John Lear was
living from paycheck to paycheck at the time I met him in mid-1988
and was merely tooting the UFO horn for intellectual stimulation
and to supplement his income slightly -- or so he claimed.

And now onto Milton Cooper.

Cooper, in particular, has had no qualms about calling friends of
mine to threaten their lives over the phone in the middle of the
night.  They will verify that this took place, and you can actually
obtain an audiotape of 10 such calls he made to two individuals who
were attempting to help promote him -- I've included the ad in this
report.  According to mutual acquaintances, Lear has forged
threatening notes and my signature on my letter to him, placed
several messages on his answering machine offering my phone
messages to him for sale, and most recently has discussed his
obsession with luring me back to Las Vegas to kill me.

THE TRUTH BETRAYED

Cooper, meanwhile, has devoted nearly four pages of his recently
released book to one lie after another about me concerning a rough,
preliminary videotape I made three years ago concerning an aspect
of the Kennedy assassination which he obtained from John Lear
without my permission.  He also claims that Lear fingered me as a
CIA agent, and himself links me with best-selling authors Robert
Groden and David Lifton as "agents of the Secret Government."

The resulting 7th-generation video was intended to serve only as a
preliminary research tool to spur potential investors to underwrite
a thorough professional investigation into the theory that the
driver of the presidential limousine, William Greer, actually
turned around and fired the fatal shot at JFK with a handgun.   As
startling as this allegation might seem on first hearing, the two
separate JFK researchers who first brought it to my attention --
Perry Adams and David Evans -- had each spent over 15 years in
attempts to prove the charge.  Adams and his research associate,
Fred Newcomb, had actually written a 500-page manuscript entitled
Murder From Within, documenting the theory in exhaustive detail.
Evans had combed the entire 26-volumes of the Warren Commission and
countless other sources to locate any potential references or
supporting evidence, particularly photographic, to prove Greer's
culpability.  Although I no longer agree with them, I have nothing
but respect for their selfless, dedicated and painstakingly
thorough efforts to verify this crucial detail.  Bill Cooper, on
the other hand, is a Johnny-come-lately to the debate with the
investigation skills of a P.T. Barnum and the scruples of a Vidkun
Quisling.

Without my knowledge, however, and completely contrary to our
agreement that it would be kept private, Lear showed the tape
numerous times publicly and gave a copy to Cooper, Nippon TV and
God knows who else.  I later learned from him and Don Ecker, a
writer for UFO Magazine who attended the meeting, that when he had
showed it (without permission, of course) to a meeting of former
intelligence officers in Las Vegas in November 1988, four of them
raised their hands when he asked if any of them would have killed
John Kennedy if they had been so ordered!

This is a letter that Bill Cooper's stooge, Timmy Bennett
posted to the Fido UFO echo about 2 years ago. Cooper's
letter was in response to remarks made by George Knapp
during Knapp's interview of Bob Lazar. Knapp had earlier
remarked that "Cooper wouldn't know truth if it jumped
up and bit him on the ass."

I've taken the liberty of cat'ing together both Bill
English's and Mike Corbin's responses as they appeared
on the Fido UFO echo right after this letter was posted.

During this time, the original moderator of the echo, George
Adam Stanislav was on vacation, so the echo ended up being
just like the alt* newsgroups on Usenet..which is to say,
that it was a free-for-all. It's my belief that because
of the brouhaha that ensued during this period and all the
charges that went flying about "who is a Govt agent", that it
prompted Don Ecker to wrote his "Whistleblowers" piece
on William Milton Cooper in the summer editions of UFO
Magazine in 1990. In my opinion, Don did the definitive
expose' on Cooper and I would highly recommend the articles
that he wrote to anyone. Unfortunately, I don't have
UFO Magazine's current address, but perhaps Mike Corbin
who regularly reads this newsgroup may be able to post
it.

I post this every so often on the Fido UFO echo because of the
continuous influx of "UFO newbies" who happen upon the standard
Cooper text files available on many BBS's worldwide and who,
believe every word of the text as the Gospel Truth. My opinion
of the Cooper files is that if there's *any* grains of truth found
in them it's largely because he's plagiarized them from other
sources without giving due credit. Please notice I said "grains"
of truth, as you will eat LOTS of rock salt before you arrive
at the "grains". I would caution anyone getting into the Cooper
material to take EXTREME CARE regarding his claims. Please note
that "Uncle Milty" is awfully shifty when it comes down to his
declarations on "MAJIC" , "MAJESTIC-12" and "MAJORITY-12" . Also
bear in mind that this is the _same_ guy that claims that it was
Greer (JFK's driver) that delivered the "killing shot" to JFK
and who has made TONS of bucks fleecing the general public at
his conventions selling poor quality and highly dubious versions
of the Zapruder film. This is also the same guy that made claims
to having seen the "Krill" files when Bill English put that LIE
to rest a couple of years back. As a "bonus", I will tack on
Bill English's own explanation on the "Krill" files at the end
of this article.

At any rate, and without further ado, I present a small slice

I have been expecting the government to launch an attack
designed to discredit me for 2 years and I have publicly
stated that I expected this to happen. It has finally
happened and what a relief. The governments cannon only went
....POOF.... It seems that all the buzzards except Moore and
Friedman have gathered in Las Vegas. How convenient can it
be? Mike Corbin, the all mighty high dictator of Paranet,
has just this week posted a crippled and weak attack leveled
against me by himself and George Knapp, Lear's man in
television and the only journalist alive who would go out on
a limb to support the phony story of Bob Lazar. As usual
Mike Corbin and George Knapp did not bother to do any
checking whatsoever to see if their ranting and raving could
hold any water. Of course that is the usual policy of
paranet and it is expected. It is not the policy of
journalists, however, and George Knapp should have checked
with me. If he was afraid to call me he could have just
called my board and checked the facts for himself. It is
George Knapp who wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on
the ass and it is Lazar and Lear who are liars and frauds.
The Lazar story was reported to CAJI by a source in Las
Vegas who stated that "Lazar had been arrested". The source
was a man named Cory, a close friend of John Lear. Did he do
it to set me up? I posted it in the newsletter. I then asked
a member of CAJI to check the story for me and report the
"facts". This was done and the story in the newsletter was
changed to read that "Lazar was accused" only a few hours
later and that is the way the story has been posted ever
since as you can see since it is still posted. The members
of this board can attest to that. Another source verified
the story and all 3 mentioned that Bob Lazar has been
accused of running a drug lab. Since these 3 people stated
that Lazar was accused of running a drug lab I included it
in the story. Since they stand by their statement I stand by
the story. I wish to make it known at this point that John
Lear told me that Lazar had a speed lab somewhere. Since I
knew he had a jet car I thought he mean't something to do
with the car. I did not make the REAL connection with that
statement until Cory and others phoned the story to me. Two
other people have stated to me that Lear told them that
Lazar had a drug lab.
I knew about the prostitution involvement a long time ago
when at Lear's home I witnessed Lear, drunk as a skunk, call
Lazar and ask him to send a hooker over. Lear asked us if we
wanted a hooker. I told him not no, but hell no. The others
present also declined. About an hour later a hooker showed
up and lear and the girl disappeared for a while and then
they came back. I did not see what transpired between them.
There were 4 other people present besides me. She bummed
cigarettes off of everone and chain smoked them until there
were no more left among us and then she pulled out her own
pack. John Lear paid her a wad of money and she left. All of
us present were angry and embarrassed by Lear's behavior.
Lazar sent her over and we all heard Lear make the call.
Lazar and Lear are the end of George Knapp's career unless
Knapp gets wise real fast and I mean real fast. I'm not the
only one ready to spill the beans on Lazar and Lear.

You had better believe that I would never post this story if
there had not been 4 other witnesses. Lear and Knapp have
left me no choice. I have many more tales to tell and will
not hesitate if I am forced to do it. I told Lear a long
time ago (June 1989 to be exact) that he was safe as long as
he didn't try to get any wilder with his story or try to
mess with me. At that time I believed that he was doing more
good than harm even though I knew he was Condor and was CIA
all the way.
That same weekend I was forced to remove a loaded, cocked,
45 cal. automatic pistol from Lear's possession after he
placed it against his temple and threatened suicide. I did
it once in the morning when we were alone and again the same
evening in front of 5 others who witnessed the event. John
pretended to be despondent because he was to much of a
coward to sign his name to the "INDICTMENT" that I sent to
Congress. I was not afraid John would kill himself. I was
afraid he would kill me or someone else during the course of
his ACT and it was an act. A stupid act and nothing else. I
was not fooled but I kept the pistol for several days and
still have the round that I removed from the chamber. I will
name the witnesses if it becomes necessary. In case you have
not learned anything yet let me assure you that you had
better not screw around with me unless you are willing to go
all the way to the wall and beyond because I'm ready to die
to get to the bottom of this and force the truth out of the
government. The preponderance of government agents involved
in this and the fact that everything that I saw, and only
what I saw, leaked, makes me believe that the technology is
real (saw a craft with my own eyes) but aliens may be a
complete fantasy. Aliens may be needed to create a new world
order. No more Soviet enemy? Here is a threat from outer
space. I feel used. I am very angry. I saw exactly what I
said and more. Not only that but they have taken great pains
to make sure I could see the same documents again just
recently. Either the information I saw is absolutely correct
or the government (with the help of Moore, Lear, Doty,
Lazar, Friedman, Shandera, etc.) has created the greatest
hoax in history in order to bring down national boundarys
and ring in a one world government. I have uncovered the
fact that an inventor made a saucer that flew in the 50's
without alien help. I still believe that the information I
saw between 1970 and 1973 is correct but I am now open to
the possibility that I may have been used. I assure you that
I will not be used again. The truth WILL come out.
Lear's involvement with George Green and the Phoenix
Journals to try to discredit me is what his phone recording
is all about. I told him in June 1989 not to try any funny
business with me and that is what the call was all about. He
tried to help the great con the Phoenix Journals discredit
me and I told him as a result that "I would crucify him". I
have done that by finally releasing the information that he
is Condor and as Condor has been working very closely with
Moore, Shandera, Friedman, Doty, and others. I will continue
to crucify him at any and every opportunity. I will also
crucify anyone else who stands up against truth on this
battle field.

Ask him to play the entire tape and not just part of it out
of context and you will see that this is the truth. He
probably won't do it but you can try anyway. I have stated
on many occassions that this is a war and I will act
accordingly.
The Stacy Borland story was reported to me by many people
who called me by phone. I confirmed the story through a Las
Vegas Psychologist. I repeat I received many phone calls all
telling the same story regarding Stacy Borland. Whether she
was murdered on a Saturday or on a Wednesday the next day or
three weeks later has nothing to do with the subject of the
story. The subject of the story was that a rumor floats
around Las Vegas that someone from the test site gives
Borland some documents, she is killed, Grace takes her place
and members report that he is writing their names on what
appears to be government forms labeled CONFIDENTIAL. Try as
you might to cover up the important facts but you won't
succeed. It is my opinion that she was given documents and
that your group or the people you work for killed her. I
know that MAJESTY TWELVE (also known as MAJORITY TWELVE) has
killed before and most probably will kill again. Moore and
Lear work for them.
George Knapp states in his letter to Corbin that John Grace
was appointed to take over the contactee group. The members
of the group who have called me expressed anger and concern
that his assumption of the leadership was totally against
the wishes of the members. In fact if the reports are
correct some of the groups members have left the group over
this issue. Just exactly who appointed Grace over the
protest of the members? Is it a democratic group or a Nazi
group? I understand from the many calls that I have received
that the members are not happy with the situation and the
group is splintered. Cory and Jeff are only 2 of the sources
for this information but both are friends of Lear's. Are
they telling me the truth or is Lear setting me up? I
believe they have told the truth as they knew it in every
case.
George Knapp really screwed up when he implied that I
accused John Grace of murder. That is an outright lie.
George Knapp is a liar. I said no such thing anywhere in the
story (he calls himself a journalist?). I reported what was
told to me by many sources and all that is required of a
journalist is 2 sources. I am not a journalist and I did a
better job than both Mike Corbin and George Knapp have done
so far.
Here are the facts. William Moore is a self confessed agent.
No one can deny that. Only fools listen to Moore now. HE
CONFESSED. Do you hear that George? Are you a fool or do you
work for them? George Knapp you knew that Moore was a self
confessed agent and you still used him in your series and in
your 2 hour special. Why? During the 2 hour special you
presented Moore as a credible prominent researcher. You made
no mention that Moore had doctored documents and had
admitted it. No mention was made that Moore had engaged in
lying and passing out disinformation to other researchers.
No mention was made that Moore had confessed to being an
agent for an intelligence agency. You did not mention that
Moore spied on researchers and submitted reports to his
controller.

WHY? Thats about the worst kind of journalism.
It's irresponsible and it sucks. It says a lot about George
Knapp.
Why did George Knapp, experienced and hardened journalist,
promote the Lazar story when every rule of journalism says
not to do it. Why did Knapp swallow it hook line and sinker
when the only thing backing Lazar up was his name in a phone
book? Why did Knapp do everything short of jumping off a
cliff to get the public to believe Lazar, even say on the
air that he, Knapp, believed Lazar? That is something that
no good journalist would ever do and is guaranteed to fetch
a failing grade in any journalism class. I'll tell you why.
George wasn't out to do good journalism. George Knapp, in my
opinion, was either taken in by Lear or he works with Lear,
Moore, Lazar, Friedman, Doty, Shandera, etc. Which is it
George?
There is more to George Knapp than meets the eye. He has a
vested interest in attacking me. If I am right it could cost
him his job and I guarantee you that I am right about both
Lazar and Lear. Lazar is a fake and Lear is Condor. If Lear
is Condor then that makes fools of everyone. No one likes to
be a fool but most UFOlogists are exactly that. I keep
saying to DO RESEARCH, TO INVESTIGATE, but no one does it.
They just sit around and call each other names.
You had better remember that I was the Executive Director of
a College that taught security and law enforcement courses.
Many of my faculty members were sargeants and leutenants on
the police force. My personal bodyguard was the head of that
department. I was also a member of Naval Security and
Intelligence. Both Lear and Doty were easy to identify.
A scrambled voice can be unscrambled. Didn't know that did
you. I not only knew it but did it. I also had a voice print
analysis done. The voice is John Lear's. You all think a man
photographed in shadow is invisible don't you. Well, he is
not. Try body measurement proportion comparison. In other
words take a picture of John Lear and in the same pose as
Condor and with the same body angle. Its easy as it is the
normal posture of john Lear. The picture does not have to be
to the same scale. I have several of him sitting and talking
in the exact same position and the same angle.
Take as many body measurements as you can and then compare
them to each other. The more measurements and the more
comparisons you can make the more positive the
identification will be. I was able to make 19 different
measurements and many times as many comparisons. Then do the
same on the man in the shadow.
THE VOICE IS JOHN LEAR AND THE BODY MEASUREMENT PROPORTION
COMPARISONS MATCHED PERFECTLY IN EVERY INSTANCE.
It's really very easy. Anyone can master the technique. You
will only have to fork out money for the voice print
analysis. Most of you are to cheap to do it and George Knapp
has a vested interest in AVOIDING IT AT ALL COSTS. I
challenge George Knapp to stop taking Lear's word that he is
not Condor and do some real investigative reporting. Lear
insists that Condor is Bob Collins. Bob Collins physic is no
where near Condor's but Lear fits perfectly. Get wise Knapp
your whole life is on the line here. Do you work for Lear or
what? Are you part of the awareness group too? Are you a
traitor?

I have known that Lear is an agent ever since February of
1972 and I have confided that in not 1 or 2 people but in
probably 12 or 13 people and maybe more than that over the
last several years. I am sure that most of them will confirm
it if the need arises. Bob Swan also knows it. In the
"Secret Government" I stated that I saw Moore, Friedman, and
Maccabee on a list of agents to be recruited ALONG WITH
SEVERAL OTHERS THAT I DID NOT NAME AND IT IS STATED IN THAT
PAPER. I told Lear that I saw his name on the list several
days before MUFON. My wife was present and heard the entire
conversation. Lear wasn't able to look me in the eye. The
people helping him get MUFON organized wondered why I was
not at Lear's home helping them and that is why. Lear stayed
far away from me the whole time and even kept aloof from
everyone else also. He was terrified that I would reveal him
along with Moore, Friedman, and Maccabee. Lear gave himself
away when he and Grace wrote the Krill papers. He is just
like Moore. He throws truth mixed with lies out and then
laughs at the public. Lear knows all about O.H. Krlll, the
real one, and he got caught by me. O.H. Krlll exposed Lear
not me. Anyone and everyone who has worked with this
information knows he blew it. He honestly thought that no
one else knew the truth. I played him just like I played
Moore and I caught him just like I caught Moore. Lear KNOWS
EVERYTHING. It's an old trick and Strieber is using it now
with his book MAJESTIC. Now if anyone comes out with
anything from GRUDGE about Forestall or the Roswell crash
you will all say he stole it from Strieber. Sorry boys but
it won't work anymore. People are sick of lies, deception
and traitors and we are all sick of you.
Lear showed me a copy of a 2 inch thick book written by
employees of the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory which is a
very thorough parody of the "YELLOW BOOK". I pretended that
I did not know what it was and Lear had a great time. I did
recognize an old friend who works at Livermore Lab and it
has turned out good for me. The friend is one who put
together a ......... trip to the ........ of the
............. ............ of the ...... and I helped him
prepare. Filling in the blanks would reveal his identity. I
told Lear at the time that I knew one of the authors of the
parody. The man owed me. Since his name was in the parody I
knew that he had seen the real "YELLOW BOOK". That knowledge
has been very useful.

   Well....what do you say about someone who is obviously mentally deranged?
 Hmmm...Bill Cooper has quite literally gone too far this time. In fact
farther than he has ever gone before, which is unfortunate because at one
time I had a certain amount of respect for the man.  Now all I can honestly
say I feel is pity and a certain amount shame.  Not for myself mind you,
but for Cooper's continuing to embarass himself and show just how ill he
really apparently is. Bill needs help...I am sure that the majority of you
who have followed the Cooper saga will agree that at one point it seemed that
there may have been a certain amount of truth to what he was saying, but over
a period of time it became apparent that his were the ravings of a man caught
in the throes of a severe and debilitating ilness that has gone out of
control.     Those of you who know me, know that I never hesitate to speak my
mind. Sometimes to the dismay of my friends who attempt to keep me in check
when I become extremely upset over an issue that I feel passionately about,
and many are the times when my friends accuse me of being a loose cannon. But
in all honesty I don't think any of them can say that I have ever tried to
deliver as facts the kind of stuff that keeps issuing forth from Cooper.
This last tirade of his on the Echo has gone beyond the bounds of propriety,
but in all fairness to Cooper we have to remember that this message that we
have read here in the echo was not loaded here by Cooper.  Apparently the
message was placed on Cooper's own BBS and our good friend T.S. Bennett took
it upon himself to load it into the FidoUFO Echo. So to a certain extent Bill
Cooper is as much a victim as those that he seems intent upon accusing. BUT
THAT STILL DOES NOT EXCUSE HIM!
  Although I have not had much contact with John Lear since the 1989 MUFON
conference in Las Vegas, I like to think of John as a friend since it was his
encouragement that brought me out of hiding two years ago, and back into
active research. During the course of our friendship I have come to know and
understand a little bit about John and what motivates him for the most part
in his research and work. I also know and sympathise with him over the
difficulties that he has encountered while trying to continue that work. And
so that you understand that I am not trying to patronize him, I do not
necessarily agree with everything that he says, but only because I have not
devoted enough time to researching nor studying his work or findings. But I
do respect him. And because of the limited knowledge that I do have of him, I
can say beyond a shadow of a doubt the Cooper's charges and allegations are
the most ridiculous that I have ever heard him come out with. I have met
John's wife and kids, and I have seen John's devotion to them. The allegation
that John would call a whore to come out to his home, and that he supposedly
did it with a number of witnesses there in the room. HORSESHIT!
  I cannot speak to the charges concerning Bob Lazar, nor can I speak to the
charges made by Cooper about George Knapp. I have spoken to Knapp very
briefly concerning the open letter by Cooper, and his response is to say the
least, was less than complimentary toward Cooper. My refusal to speak to
these charges comes not from any animousity toward these gentlemen, but more
because I understand that in Mr. Lazar's case there are issues that we are
not fully aware of, and that these issues must become evident before a final
opinion or analysis can be made. This does not mean that I am taking a
position re: the Lazar case, nor am I taking a position with regard to John
Lear's material nor his hypothesis. I am however taking a position with
regards to Bill Cooper.

   It is my opinion, based upon my own knowledge and experiences, which have
been documented, and which I have said from the very beginning could well be
mis-information, that Mr. Milton William Cooper has never seen ANY
documentation similar to or the same as that documentation I claimed to have
seen in the form of Grudge/Blue Book Report #13. It is further my opinion
that Mr. Cooper having read "Bill Steinman's Book, UFO Crash at Aztec" and
appendix number 7 in which I play a prominent part, believed that he could
lay claim to having seen the same material

without fear of being refuted since it was believed at the time of the books
writing, that I was dead, and that they would be know one who could be
qualified to refute his claims.
   It is further my opinion and belief that when it became apparent to a
great many people, John Lear being the first to realise this, that Bill
Cooper was a fraud, he immediately went on the attack attempting to discredit
these same individuals with false statements, that were designed to bring
into question their moral turpitude and standards, and their voracity.
Additionally he began to take a very tragic death of a person well respected
in the Field of UFO research, and subvert it from it true and tragic nature
to the point of accusing government involvement and the involvement of those
individuals who in point of fact were on his list of enemies. Among them John
Lear, Mike Corbin, George Knapp and several others.
   I personally have proven Bill Cooper to be a liar. I proved this on the
Billy Goodman Radio show when after Cooper got on the show and attacked me
personally, accusing me of having called him and telling him that someone
tried to kill me upon my return trip from the 1989 MUFON convention in Las
Vegas, Billy invited me to appear on his show to present my evidence. During
the course of Cooper's diatribe he stated that Len Stringfield and I appeared
together on a radio show and that Len confronted me with this and I denied
it.  When I appeared on the Goodman show, I knew that Cooper would call and
try to discredit me further, but I was ready for him. Prior to appearing on
the show, I contacted Len Stringfield, whom I have known for sometime, and
asked him to send a signed notarised statement which refuted everything
Cooper had said. When Cooper called he re-interated everything he had said
previously and then I had Goodman open the envelope that I had sent him
containing the statement and had him read it on the air. The Statement
refuted everything that Cooper had said.
   Ladies and gentlemen, I realise that the echos are not the place for this
kind of thing, but it is my feeling and opinion that you should be made aware
of certain facts concerning the players of this drama. Based on my own
knowledge, and based on my own personal experiences Cooper is a danger to the
serious research of Aerial Phenomenon and all of it's related fields. He
tries to cause panic and fear based upon half truths and out and out
lies..the public loves to be scared and this is something that he is aware of
and is constantly capitalising on. Just recently he appeared in Scottsdale
Arizona to give a speech and during the course of that speech came out with
the statement that John Lear was Bill Moore's Falcon on that "UFO cover-up
Live" travesty. What utter horse shit!  If ever there was a disinformation
agent in our midst, it's Bill Cooper!

   Bill, you've gone too far this time..It has become apparent that you are
in serious need of professional help of some type. The charges and
allegations that you have leveled are absolute hog wash. You say you have
witnesses? Trot them out sir! Or is this like the tape that you were supposed
to have had of me calling you while I was intoxicated. I gave you every
opportunity to trot that out and play it on Adventure Radio, even to the
point of signing a release giving you permission to do so, so that you could
prove that I was a drunkard and a liar. Instead sir you neither produced the
tape nor did you appear on the Radio Show the following night. Several weeks
later I appeared on Billy Goodman's Radio Show knowing full well that you
would call to try and salvage what little reputation you had. I burned you
there on that one by producing a sworn affidavit from Len Stringfield stating
that none of what you had claimed previously on his show was true, thereby
proving you to be a liar once again. What galls me more than anything is the
fact that I keep nailing you and you keep trying to drag everyone else down
with you thinking that nobody sees what is happening.

In the absence of the echo moderator, George Adam Stanislav, who, in my
opinion, is doing a poor job of moderating this conference, I wanted to get a
few things clear regarding the incoherent and attacking messages that have
been posted by T.S. Bennett, a person who is in the service of William
Cooper.

It is truly a shame that Mr. Bennett and Mr. Cooper have to use this echo as
a stage for the attack against ParaNet.  It has absolutely nothing to do with
the good people that use this conference, and I apologize for the
inconvenience that it has caused to all of you.

As we all know, UFOlogy has suffered at the hands of people like Bill Cooper
and T.S. Bennett, for if there opinions and research really did hold water,
they would not have to hide behind a screen of beligerence and unrest to get
their points across. After all, should the truth need any support or a sales
pitch? NO!  The truth stands on its own despite what you or I might say.

And, despite what Mr. Cooper has said from the security of Mr. Bennett's
skirt, ParaNet is not a belief system.  We are a clearinghouse of
information, and are comprised of skeptics and believers.  That is the true
beauty of ParaNet.  We do not "censor" anyone who wishes to speak nor do we
control information or the other things that have been told here in this
echo.  We are not "government agents."

We are being censored in a fashion by the unreasonable attacks being leveled
against us, and we are being kept from disclosing useful information to the
general public by Mr. Bennett taking up precious echomail traffic by
attacking everything we say or do.

To set the record straight I wish to disclose the full reason that T.S.
Bennett and his cohort, Bill Cooper were banned from ParaNet.  Actually, part
of the reason has already been disclosed in deeds as Mr. Bennett's postings
speak for the record -- they are postings that are meaningless and cause
disruption of the flow of normal traffic.  They are attacking and state
nothing in the way opinion, but are advanced as pure fact.  When someone
disagrees or asks for more information, they go off on a tangent of screaming
that everyone against them is a government agent.

ParaNet was the first network to break the MJ-12 story.  We were the first
public forum where Bill Cooper and John Lear came to distribute their
information.

Bill Cooper has stated publicly that he cannot prove none of his claims.  He
has also stated that we censored him by barring him from the network.
Censoring, no -- Barring from the network, yes.

Censoring implies that all information, opinions or facts are suppressed and
not made public.  This is a reasonable definition. ParaNet still carries the
Bill Cooper material on its BBS network and has not stopped carrying it at
anytime.

Instead, we attempted to verify his information by making an independent
investigation and by asking Bill to furnish more information.  When
discrepancies were encountered and Bill was presented with them, he launched
into a barrage of attacking everyone on ParaNet that felt more information
was needed.  All useful discussion broke down into shouting matches and
caused a serious problem for our users.  After many requests by our users to
do something, we warned Bill to cease his attacks.  This only escalated them
and we had to ban him from the network.  This was not the only time.  After
many months, we allowed him back on and shortly after that Bill again
denegrated the quality of the conference and we banned him again.  This time
it is for good.

As for Mr. Bennett, we also had the same type of problem, only his
infringement of policy could have caused a lawsuit for the network.  He made
an attack on Mr. English that was very libelous.  However, this was after
many warnings about posting advertisements that were not authorized and
personal attacks against members of the network.

None of the actions that have been taken against Cooper or Bennett have been
unreasonable and without first, several attempts to rectify the situation.

We also have a policy that deals with deliberate disinformation. ParaNet
encourages the free exchange of opinions on its network. It is the mainstay
of what our network is all about.  However, when a person engages in the
distribution of information that is patently false or unverifiable, we feel
an obligation to the public to state so.  We also will not tolerate any
attacks against the U.S. Government that are without substance.  We are
Americans and damn proud of it.  If there is anything that needs to be
corrected, we have the methodology as prescribed by the Constitution of the
United States to do it.  Our ancestors have fought for this protection.
There are avenues also available to us through Congress and other means that
are prescribed by law to get access to UFO information.  Anything not
obtained legally is not of interest to us.

We must engage in critical thinking regarding the UFO phenomenon and must
not allow ourselves to be taken in by all of the "conspiratorial material"
that is so prevalent today.  Until there is evidence of what these guys are
claiming to be fact, I will not personally subscribe to it.

In closing, ParaNet is a public service.  There has never been a more UFO
oriented electronic network like it.  Our credibility is high as is our
reliability.  When you read something on ParaNet,  you can be assured that it
was checked out and verified to the extent possible.  If it cannot be
verified, we make no bones about it -- we tell everyone.

I would heartily suggest that we get on with business and make our
protestations known to the echo moderator that we are tired of this senseless
assault from Cooper and Bennett.

I am preparing to file a formal complaint within FidoNet against Mr.
Moderator and the BBS which has allowed Bennett unrestricted access to the
conference until he can clean up his act and behave like an adult.  If he has
something of value to say against ParaNet, I am prepared to meet him
toe-to-toe to answer any and all allegations.

ParaNet is preparing a file regarding the Cooper material.  We will be happy
to post it for everyone to see.  This file will contain all message exchanges
between members of ParaNet and Bill Cooper up to the times that he was banned
from the network.  It is most interesting.

During the past several weeks there have been a number of questions concerning
the infamous "Krill Papers". At the advise of John Hicks (363/29) I am posting
this information concerning the documents in question.

1) The "Krill Papers" were and are a fraud. John Lear and John Grace of Nevada
authored these papers and uploaded them to a Paranet Board originally to see
just how gullable the UFO investigative community really was. Much to the
credit of Paranet and Mike Corbin, it was quickly determined that the documents
were in fact fraudulent. As a result of this both John Lear and John Grace were
barred from Paranet and several other UFO related Echos. While I don't agree
with the methods employed by John, I do understand his reasoning for this.

2) In one respect the fraud perpetrated by John Lear and John Grace had the
effect of proving that at least one so called researcher of of some renoun was
in fact a fraud himself. I am of course refering to William Cooper. John was
listening to Cooper give and interview to one of the local news media when he
over heard Cooper state that while serving in the Navy he in fact viewed the
Krill Papers. John approached and questioned Cooper about this knowing that the
Krill Papers and the information in them was faked. Cooper stuck to his story
and decided that John was his enemy. Especially after John pointed out to him
that the Krill Papers were faked. As a result of this Cooper went on a rampage
and did everything that he could to discredit Lear and several others.

3) For those of you just coming onto the UFO scene, it is imperative that you
understand that one of the many problems that are inherent to the UFO research
field is that information sometimes get spread out so quickly without proper
dissemination. As a result of this it becomes factual without basis.
PLEASE...PLEASE...don't take everything you read on these databases as being
the absolute truth without first checking with others and most importantly
checking your sources...We all get burned from time to time...including myself
as evidenced by the SS433 fiasco. But we are the ones who some day may be
looked upon as the true heroes of our time. At least I hope so..A lot of us
have lost so much because of what we do here...

Epilogue: This was over 2 years ago..since then, Bill English has
disappeared from the public and pretty much given up on UFOlogy. I
had the occasion to spend some time with him at his last speaking
engagement at a UFO convention in Orlando, Fl in 1991. It's
my opinion that Bill disappeared due to threats/coercion by the
Govt lackeys who had managed to re-unite him with his first wife
prior to his last speaking engagement. If any of you know of his story,
then you would know that he was spirited away from his original family
some years back by the Govt/military while he was on duty in England
and was not allowed to talk or see them since his viewing of the
sensitive "Grudge" materials.

He had finally re-married and had kids prior to his last speaking
engagement, and told me right before he came to Orlando that
the Govt/military had brought over his *first* wife and family
to re-unite him as he had not seen them in several years. My belief
is that he was threatened, based upon what he told me and that the
Orlando engagement was to be his last. Apparently it was, since we
have not seen nor heard from him since.  It's a tragic story.

I understand now, that Bill Cooper no longer runs his CAJI BBS
but is alledged to be involved with a satellite program now.

Now I send some information on aliens which I've received as a text-file from
an german BBS. I think that USENET ist the best way to publish it. In some
of your messages in ALIEN/VISITORS I saw that some facts are already known.
e.g. JFK was killed by the MJ-12. More about Kennedy in this file. I had
to divide it in 4 parts to post it...

PART1:

What follows is a transcript of a 45 minute lecture that I attended on
11-17-89 at the "Whole Life Expo." in Los Angeles, California. Speaking was
Mr. Milton William Cooper who I first became acquainted with through a text
file I downloaded from a local computer BBS.  The file dealt with the
subject of UFO's and our government's concealment of the truth about them in
such a way that it made a lasting impression on me, which is why I
attended his lecture; to learn more. Please forgive my probable misspelling
of some of the proper names in the transcript which follows and allow
that I have taken it as best I could, word-for-word, from a less than
acceptable micro-cassette recording.

If you are as moved by what you are about to read as I was in hearing it
first hand, I ask that you please spread it as far and wide as possible.
Upload it to every BBS in your reach and please, don't change anything.
Also, please give considerable thought to Mr. Cooper's suggestions as to what
we all can do to see that this information is confirmed by our
government to make them stop what they are up to.

"For those of you who don't know who   I am, I was raised in a military
family. My family, my ancestors, since they came to this country, have been
government people. We have served in the military, we have been patriots,
we have fought in all the wars, we care about this country and believe in
the constitution of the United States. We know, as many people don't know,
that the Constitution of the United States of America IS the United States
of America! And that's why we've always been ready ...to do the things
needed ...to preserve and protect it."

"When I left home I went into the Air Force, the Strategic Air Command.
As a child I'd heard stories from my father and pilots, other pilots, my
father was a pilot, about Foo Fighters, UFO's, strange craft that
were not made on this Earth. And as a kid, you hear that in passing, and
it's neat, and you giggle about it, and you go out and play "Space Man",
and you forget it."

"When I was in the Air Force I met men who had participated in alien
crashed-craft recoveries. Now this intrigued me, it interested me, but it
was usually after quite a few bottles of beer that these stories would come
out, and sometimes the next morning I couldn't remember what the heck the
guy said."

"When I left the Air Force I went into the Navy, and this is where
everything began to happen for me. I had originally intended to just go
from service to service and do something that very few people have
ever done before. I was a very adventurous, very crazy ...young man,
and I thought that that would be a pretty exciting life. I volunteered
for submarines, and while on the submarine U.S.S. Tyroot, SS-416, on a
transit between the Portland/Seattle area and Pearl Harbor, which was our
home port; the Pearl Harbor sub base, as the port lookout I saw a craft,
saucer-shaped, the size of a Midway class carrier, aircraft carrier, for
those of you who don't know how big that is; it's huge, come up out of the
water approximately 2 1/2 nautical miles off the port bow, which is about
45 degrees to the left of the pointy end of the submarine. It tumbled
slowly on its own axis, and went up into the clouds. It appeared to be
moving slowly to me at a distance of 2 1/2 nautical miles, but in reality it
was moving pretty fast because it came up out of the water, did a few tumbles
and it was gone!"

"I then reported it to the officer of the deck. I didn't tell him what it
was that I saw because my Daddy didn't raise no fools and in case nobody else
saw it I didn't want to be the only looney onboard the ship. So I asked
the officer of the deck to help me cover that area, and he did, which is
common for officers and lookouts to help each other while on bridge watch
because they all hang together if something bad happens. After a few
seconds of watching, the same craft, or another craft exactly like it, came
down out of the clouds, tumbled again on its own axis, and went into the
water. Ensign Ball, who was the officer of the deck, was literally
shocked! What could I say? Seaman Dejeralimo, who was the starboard
lookout, had also witnessed this, and ensign Ball called the captain to the
bridge who was followed by the chief quartermaster who brought a 35MM
camera, and we watched for between 7 and 10 minutes the same craft, or
different craft that looked exactly alike, enter and leave the water. It
was an incredible show. I don't know if they knew we were there, or if they
even cared, but the craft did not glow, they were metal, they were
machines without a doubt, they were obviously intelligently guided, they
were HUGE, and having been in the Air Force and the Navy and knowing what it
takes, I knew without a doubt, and know it today, that that machine was
not made on the face of this Earth. Because there's nothing that man can
make, that can fly through the air at a speed like that, tumble on its own
axis, and enter the water and effectively fly beneath the sea."

"If you've ever been aboard an airplane and then gone aboard a
submarine, I know there's probably some of you in this room who have
visited a submarine at one time or another, you can readily see just
without even any of the technicalities involved how difficult such a thing
would be to do. Where would it be built, that size? It was absolutely
incredible. It changed my life because then all the stories that I'd heard
all my life I knew were true, and I began seeing the world in a different
light."

"It wasn't long after that I was trained by Naval security in
intelligence. I was sent to Viet Nam. I was assigned as a patrol boat
captain, first in DaNang harbor, given a crew, given a multi-million dollar
patrol boat. My job was to gather intelligence from the people who lived
around the harbor and the fishermen who transited the harbor, and maintain
the safety and security of the harbor and the shipping. After about 5 months
I was sent up North to the DMZ, to a place called Qua Vieaf [sp], on the
Tacan [sp] river. Our base camp was at the river mouth. We were only 3 miles
South of the North Vietnamese border and our job was to patrol the Tacan
river from the river mouth to Dang Ha[sp], and then up the Quang Tree [sp]
cutoff to Quang Tree city, again to get to know the people on the bank,
gather intelligence, and to patrol every night and maintain the safety
and security of the river and the river traffic."

"It was while there that I discovered that there was a tremendous
amount of UFO and alien activity in Viet Nam. It was always reported in
official messages as 'enemy helicopters.' Now any of you who know
anything about the Viet Nam war know that the North Vietnamese did not have
any helicopters, especially after our first couple of air raids into North
Viet Nam. Even if they had they would not have been so foolish as to bring
them over the DMZ because that would have insured their demise. Our troops
were fired on occasionally by these 'enemy helicopters,' enemy troops were
fired on occasionally by these 'enemy helicopters,' and occasionally people
would disappear. And on one instance that I know for sure at least one
entire village disappeared one night due to alien activity. The reason they
used the term 'enemy helicopters' in messages and dispatches was that in
Viet Nam you could be overrun at any time, no matter where you where. They
did not bring crypto encoding equipment into Viet Nam, I'm talking
about the machinery. What we did is we had crypto tables, and once we every
24 hours those codes would be no good. So that's what we used. We also,
because of the inability to use crypto transmitting equipment, had to devise
code words such as 'enemy helicopters.'"

"When I left Vietnam I was eventually attached to the
headquarters staff of the Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific
Fleet at Macalappa, [sp] Hawaii, which is a little hill overlooking Pearl
Harbor, it's a beautiful white building up there, and I was
specifically attached to the Intelligence Briefing Team of the
Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet."

"It was during this tour of duty that, in the course of my duties,
documents were placed in my hands that were so unbelievable and so incredible
that it took me quite a while to adjust to the fact that what I was
seeing was real. Now for those of you who don't understand how I could come
to see this information let me give you a little short course in security
clearance and "the need to know" and how you get to see classified
information if you're in the military or in the government, it doesn't
matter which, the rules are the same."

"Number one you need a security clearance, and you've got to have
clearance at the level that the information you want to see is
classified at. In this instance it was classified 'Top Secret, Magic,
Restricted Information,' which I came to find out later is the highest
security classification in the Nation. To get that type of clearance, all you
have to have is a Federal Bureau of Investigation background check, which
takes about six months and they send federal agents to your home, to your
old schools, to all your teachers, to your friends, to everybody you put
down on your security clearance forms, to all your old addresses, your
neighbors, everybody that you've worked for, and it's embarrassing
because they don't tell them what they're checking on. They just show
them their identification and start asking questions and that's when you
find out who's your friend and who's not, because a lot of people get
scared and think, 'Bill just robbed a bank and I'm not talkin' to him
anymore.'"

"Now once you get that it's called a  'B.I.' and for those of you who have
received a copy of my service record look on the first page, the DD-214
where it says 'Security Clearance,' you will see the term 'B.I.' That's a
'Bureau of Investigation' clearance. Now at that point, you have the
clearance for everything including Top Secret and above. What determines what
you get to see is your need to know, and the job that you have determines
what your need to know is."

"I was assigned to the Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in
Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet, who had to know everything
concerning his area of operations which was one-half of the Earth's
surface; the Indian ocean, the Pacific ocean, and all the land masses in
between. Believe it or not, if we go to war, if we ever go to war, it's the
United States Navy that strikes the first blow and attempts to keep the
enemy at bey while we can get ourselves together, at least
historically. Nuclear weapons have kind of done away with that concept,
but military commanders like to talk about it anyway."

"Because of this, and you have no conception of the amount of material
and information that an area commander has to know, it's unbelievable, and he
has to keep track of this, he has to keep on top of it. He has to know
what's happening, he has to make the right decisions. Because it's almost
humanly impossible for anyone to do that, they have what's called a
briefing team, and it's our job to make sure that he has the correct
information, all the time, on a 24 hour basis. And every morning, between
8 and 9 AM, we would give a briefing which covered everything that happened
in the previous 24 hours, and everything scheduled to happen in the
next 24 hours, and all the pertinent intelligence reports that we had
received since the last briefing that he needed to know and that his staff
members needed to know. Occasionally we would get messages marked 'Top
Secret, Magic, Restricted Information,' and it would be coded in
such a way that all you had were answers to questions which you didn't
know what the questions were so you really didn't know what the message
was all about."

"But eventually I found myself in possession, holding two documents; one
called 'Project Grudge,' another one called 'Operation Majority.' Project
Grudge contained the history of alien involvement since around 1936, and it
began talking about Germany's involvement with a crashed disk that
they had recovered in 1936 and were attempting to duplicate the
technology. They were not successful despite what all these Nazi hunters
want to tell you. If they had been successful, we would not have won the
war, because you cannot beat those weapons! You cannot outfly those
craft, you can't even think about it with conventional aircraft. If Germany
had been successful, we would now have a German flag up in front of this
podium."

"They did make some headway. When we went into Punta Mundy [sp] we captured
documents, we got some scientists, we got some hardware. The Russians also
got some documents, some scientists, and some hardware. It wasn't until
1947 that we were able to capture a craft, a whole craft, not all together
but it was everything. And that occurred near the city of Roswell, New
Mexico. There were dead aliens recovered from the craft. In Project
Grudge I saw photographs of these dead aliens, of the craft, I saw
photographs of live aliens, I saw photographs of autopsies, internal
organs, I saw photographs of the alien designated 'E.B.'[or Ebe] which was
held in captivity from 1949 until June the 2nd, 1952 when he died. I saw the
history of what they had been able to at that time put together, from
incidents in the 1800's which involved aliens and their craft."

"I saw the names of projects. I saw a project that was to fly recovered
alien craft that had been recovered intact and undamaged, and some of them
were recovered intact and undamaged, and how that happened I have no idea.
It was called 'Project Red-light,' and first was conducted from the Tonopah
test range in the Nevada test sight and then was moved to a specially
built area, ordered built by president Eisenhower, called 'Area-51,' code
named 'Dreamland,' in the Groom [sp] dry lake area of the Nevada test
sight, by secret executive order. It doesn't exist officially, if you ask
anyone, or if you write letters to the government they will tell you it
doesn't exist. However if you go out  there at several places and see it,
fly outside the boundaries and look down and see it, you know it's there,
but according to the government it doesn't exist."

"The project to fly, test fly these craft, was ongoing until sometime in
1962 when a craft blew up not far from the test sight, in the air, and the
explosion was seen over a three state area. The pilots were killed, they had
no idea what had happened or why the craft blew up, but they put Project
Redlight on hold until a later date when the aliens supplied us with 3
craft and personnel to help us learn how to fly these craft. That project
is ongoing and we now have not only alien craft that we are flying, we
have craft we have built, using the captured technology, and some of the
UFO's that people report seeing in the United States, and maybe even
elsewhere, are flown by United States personnel."

"That may come as a shock to you. We have technology way beyond the limits
of what we have been told. A lot of our development technologically, since
the end of World War II, has been due to the exchange of technology which
occurs in the area called 'Area-51' on a regular basis ...ongoing."

"When James Oberth, professor Oberth retired, many of you don't know who he
is ...not too many space people in here. Professor Oberth was probably
one of the greatest rocket scientists and space commentists that ever lived.
When he retired, the government gave him a special award, there was a press

'Gentlemen,' and I quote professor Oberth, he said, 'Gentlemen, we cannot
take credit for all the technological developments that we have had in the
last decade. We have had help,' and that's where he stopped."

wasting your money because they're teaching them stuff that doesn't work,
it's not true, it's not real. Gravity is not what we think it is. There IS a
Unified Theory! We already know what it is, it's what makes these craft
work. It's absolutely incredible what's going on."

"How many of you keep up with Billy Goodman's show on KVEG out of Las
Vegas? For those of you who don't, I would try tuning in on any night
between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM. It's 840 on your AM dial, and the subject every
night are those subjects that no other media person in the United States will
touch with a 10 foot pole, every single night except Saturday night.
It's the only show that you can call in and talk to another caller, you've
got 3 minutes to say whatever you want to say as long as you don't cuss or
swear or slander anyone, and every night they're helping to expose this."

"When John Lear and I first said what was going on out at Groom Lake
everybody said, 'You're nuts, there's nothing going on out at Groom Lake!'
The listeners of the Billy Goodman radio show put together an excursion
and went up to Groom Lake and they all, ever since, every night, they go
up there and watch them test fly the alien craft ...every night! The first
night they had 100 people there. And 100 people saw 4 alien craft fly,
doing things that no airplane and no helicopter can do. Now they don't tell
us anymore that there's nothing happening at Groom Lake. What they
tell us now is there's no such thing as aliens, it's all government secret
projects. That's okay because we'll prove that wrong too eventually, it
just takes awhile. Because where we WERE ...it's not where we're AT, and
I'm really happy about that."

"Now, if you want to see what's happening right now, keep watching
your movies, keep watching your television commercials, your alien
programs on television, read Whitley Streeper's 'Majestic' which is a part
of the contingency plan called 'Majestic' to test the reaction of the
population to the presence of aliens on the Earth. And I have just finished
my study of Whitley Streeper's book 'Majestic,' and I'm gonna tell you
right now that most of the documents in there, that he says are fiction,
are real documents that came right out of Project Grudge. It is part of the
government's campaign to leak information out in ways that they can
always deny that it's real. There's only one thing wrong with the
information in that book, the stories of the characters in there I know
nothing about. What I'm talking about are the supposed government documents
that he has in that book. I'm telling you tonight they're real. Those are
some of the same documents that I saw in Project Grudge back between 1970 &
1973, and where we have wondered before, now we know that Whitley
Streeper IS working for the government. And we had a suspicion
anyway because in the front of his book he states that he got information
and was helped by the research team of Moore, Shanderey, and Friedman.
William Moore has publicly admitted on July the 1st that he is an agent of
the United States Government, and we know that the others are too."

"This is gonna come out, and the reason they're doing it the way
they're doing it is they know eventually you're gonna find out that
it's all true and real. They're desensitizing you so that you're not
shocked, so that there's no collapse of society as we know it, so that the
religious structure doesn't fall to pieces, so that the stock market
doesn't go crazy, because these were their original fears. Now, there's
nothing we can do about the last one because it's already happened, there
will be a segment of the population that worships the aliens, even though
they're no different than us they're just from somewhere else, and they may
look a little different. They are not gods. But there are already people
worshiping the aliens and they predicted this would happen when they
slapped the secret stamp all over all this stuff."

"You know, there's really nothing wrong with what's been happening
except for 3 things;" [Cooper forgot to mention the 3rd thing, or was
sidetracked, or included it into the 2nd thing.]

Number one, when they decided to keep it secret they needed to finance
it, they couldn't tell the public so they couldn't tell Congress. They
decided to finance it with the sale, importation and sale, of drugs. Now in
the documents that I read, in Operation Majority, it specifically
stated that when George Bush was the president and CEO of Sapata [sp] Oil,
he, in conjunction with the CIA, organized the first large scale drug
importation into this country from South and Central America by fishing
boat, to the offshore oil platforms of Sapata Oil, and then from there into
the beach, thus bypassing all Customs inspections and law enforcement
inspections of any kind. They are still bringing in drugs, to a limited
extent, in this manner. Another manner is by CIA contract aircraft which, one
of their bases of landing is Homestead [sp] Air Force Base in Florida. We
have affidavits from air controllers who have vectored the planes in, who
have made sure that they're not interfered with in any way. We have
affidavits from personnel at Homestead Air Force Base who say the planes have
been met by Zeb Bush, who's George Bush's son. We have affidavits from
people who work in the Gulf of Mexico, in the offshore oil business, that yes
indeed, the drugs are coming in, at least some of them, from the offshore
oil platforms."
>From the audience came a clear statement, "Just say no?" "Pardon?
...Right! Just Say No! Well that's what we're gonna do ladies and
gentlemen with your help ...we are going to say NO, no more! And you
gotta do it, you gotta act. You either gotta act, or watch your country go
down the tubes."

"Now, that's one of the things that's wrong. The next thing that's
wrong is, to keep the secret, they killed a lot of people who tried to
leak it out. And if I hadn't done it the way that I did it, you wouldn't be
seeing me anywhere standing or walking on this Earth now. They killed
president Kennedy and during the workshop, for those of you haven't
seen the tape, I will show you, on the tape, who shot the president and why.
Between '70 and '73, in Operation Majority it stated verbatim that
President Kennedy ordered MJ-12 to cease the importation and sale of
drugs to the American people, that he ordered them to implement a plan to
reveal the presence of aliens to the American people within the following
year. His assassination was ordered by the policy committee of the
Vilderbergers. MJ-12 implemented the plan and carried it out in Dallas. It
involved agents of the CIA, Division-5 of the FBI, the Secret Service, and
the office of Naval Intelligence. President Kennedy was killed by the
driver of his car, his name was William Greer, he used a recoilless,
electrically operated, gas powered assassination pistol that was
specially built by the CIA to assassinate people at close range. It
fired an explosive pellet which injected a large amount of shellfish
poison into the brain, and that is why, in the documents, it stated that
President Kennedy's brain was removed. If you've studied the case, you will
find that indeed his brain disappeared. The reason for that is so
that they would not find the particles of the exploding pellet or the
shellfish poison in his brain which would have proved conclusively that
Lee Harvy Oswald was NOT the assassin. In fact, Lee Harvy Oswald never fired
a shot, he was the patsy."

Mr. Cooper paused briefly, and a lady in the audience asked the obvious
question, "Why haven't YOU been assassinated?"


"If they were to kill me right now, what would you think?" Cooper posed.

"That it's the truth," several people chimed.

"I've got 'em right where I want 'em. If they touch me, everyone who's
ever heard me talk is gonna be absolutely enraged and is gonna know
that everything I've said is true. As long as they don't touch me there's
gonna be some of you who are always gonna be wondering. But eventually
we're gonna bring enough proof out, and if you're here during the workshop
you're gonna see an awful lot of it that's gonna prove to you that it's
true. It's real. And it's happening!"

"Okay, I've tried to cover a lot of stuff, just briefly, because there's
no time in 45 minutes to get into anything very much."

Mr. Cooper then announced the scheduled workshop session the
following day in which tangible proofs could be seen but regrettably I was
unable to attend. He then opened up the floor to questions and answers.

A muffled question was barely heard coming from the front of the room
which in essence asked, "What about all the people in the press and others
who were in Dallas and who saw the assassination? Couldn't they tell
where the shot came from, why didn't they come forward? There must have
been plenty."

"There was, we know that there was at least 18 who were all murdered
within 2 years of the event. The odds of that happening are 1 in 300,000
trillion," Cooper replied.

Again a muffled question, "Why did the DRIVER have to shoot Kennedy?"

"Because the other fools missed! There were a total of 3 shots fired at
President Kennedy, one hit him in the throat and didn't kill him and 2 of
them hit John Connelly [sp]. The one that was fired from the grassy knoll
hit the president in the throat. The other 2 shots came from directly
behind the limousine, not the school book depository building, and hit
Governor Connelly. Governor Connelly, in intelligence community circles, is
known as a 'can do' man, because he took 2 hits and still kept his mouth
shut."
"How is it that the driver, sitting on the front, left-hand side of the
car was able to blow off the right side of Kennedy's brain when the
bullet actually entered in, and it would have been virtually
impossible..." another person asked.

Mr. Cooper seized the gist of his question and injected, "For those of
you who have been listening to all these talk show hosts, whose job it is
to be a talk show host, and who have not done any legitimate research into
this, if you come to the workshop, I will show you, on the tape, how it was
done. You will see that Kennedy was, in fact slumped over against Jackie,
his head was turned [this direction], it was very simple, it was easy and
you will see it with your own eyes."

Another muffled, off mike question from a member of the audience
inquiring why no one else had come forward with the information Mr.
Cooper was disseminating, and why those who knew it had kept it secret
for so long was quickly answered, "It hasn't been, I'm talkin' about it now.
Bill English was talkin' about it 8 years ago but everybody laughed at
Bill English. John Lear's been talkin' about it for 3 years and everybody
laughed at him. Now there's so many people have been talkin' about it,
people are startin' to listen and it's about time. Because it's about time we
that we quit being fools, and that's exactly what they think we are and we
prove it to them every day."

Almost all of the questions from the audience were to faint to hear. The
next one dealt with the alien technology and asked in essence,
"Hasn't any one else [other than the government] come up with the energy
technology that the aliens have?" to which Mr. Cooper answered, "There's
been quite a few people who've come up with it and they've ALL been stopped,
and they'll all continue to be stopped. Because once you have it you
have FREE ENERGY. Once you have free energy they no longer have power over
you. You understand? That's why they stop it."

Another question asking, "In the film of the assassination which was
examined greatly by experts, why didn't THEY conclude that Kennedy's
driver shot him?", to which Cooper asked, "Examined by WHO greatly?", and
continued, "Most of the film that you can purchase has that segment cut out,
and you can always tell it by the person running in the background,
they'll run up to here... all of a sudden they'll be down here...
running. You will see in most of the clips that you've ever seen on
television, or in the movies, or that you're able to get your hands on,
you'll see William Greer start to turn like this...", then a muffled comment
from the audience, then Cooper answered, "That's because they clipped
it out! And on a lot of them, I'll bet you most of you, every time you've
seen the clip on television, never looked at the driver anyway. If you're
really honest with yourself, and with me, you know your eyes were right on
Kennedy."


A woman asked if any of the alien technology was being used in present
day military equipment and was answered, "Yes, there's a lot of alien
technology contained in the Stealth bomber, that's right. The Stealth
fighter was flying for 10 years before you even knew it existed."

As the hour drew late another question, more clearly stated, was
asked of Mr. Cooper by a woman closer to my ears, "Before you let us all out
of here, there's a bunch of us here wondering what can we all do to help
bring this all out?"

A single word, "REVOLT" issued from several listeners simultaneously but
Cooper responded, "Don't revolt. What you need to do is what you should have
been doing all along. You need to get involved with your government. The
first thing you need to do is purchase a copy of the Constitution, which I
know that most of you don't have anywhere in your house, and if I were
to go around this room and ask each person what the Constitution says,
most of you couldn't tell me what the Constitution says from your grocery
bill. And that's the truth! And that IS your country! So if you don't know
what your Constitution is you're dead already, so the first thing you do is
you get a copy of your Constitution. The second thing you do is you learn
it! The third thing you do is you start calling your senators and your
representatives, and the President of the United States and you start
leaning on them, and you tell them, 'Unless you straighten up the
government, and unless we start getting the truth, and I mean the
whole truth, and no more of this baloney, this's the last job you're
ever gonna have, period. And I'll do everything in my power to make sure
that comes true.' And then write them, frequently, saying the same thing. And
then when they're in your area, in their area offices, take a little
delegation and go see them, and make them understand that they're gonna be
living in poverty because they're not gonna have a job anymore come election
day. You see, the secret government may own the executive branch, but you
people, all of us, we own the Congress, and the Congress makes the
laws, and the Congress can impeach the entire executive branch! You also have
the right to petition the government for a redress of injuries. So you ARE
powerful, you've just forgotten that you're powerful, you've forgotten that
that vote that you haven't been doing every time election comes around, that
vote has abdicated your power. That vote you did not cast abdicated your
power and gave it to those who are subverting the Constitution and are
ruining this country."

A gentleman then asked, "What was traded to the aliens for their technology?"

"People and animals," replied Cooper succinctly.

Another man asked, "Is the Soviet Union in on any of this?"

"The Soviet Union and the United States of America have been close
allies since the end of World War II and have been closely participating in
the secret space program all this time. The Soviets have the same thing
we have, yes. What you see happening in the Soviet block right now is not
the result of people standing up and saying, 'We want to be free.' It's the
result of the international bankers saying, 'You tear down these barriers,
and you meet the West half way, give your people some freedom, the West is
gonna take some freedom away from their people so that we can put
together a one world economic system ...and have all the power. That's
what's happening! If you don't believe it, stick around and watch it!"

A dubious woman then asked, "Why was the shellfish poison necessary? A lot
of his brain was blown off anyway."

Cooper: "The shellfish poison? If you go to kill someone, one thing I've
learned, I learned it real good, I learned it especially good when I went
to Vietnam; just 'cause you shoot someone doesn't mean they're gonna
die. And if they don't die, they're gonna be MAD. And if they've got a
gun, you're dead. So you want the first time to be the last time. So if
you really want to to kill somebody you don't play around. If you REALLY
want to kill somebody ...you KILL them, you don't play, you make sure
that when you shoot them, they're dead. That way they can't hurt you,
can't hurt you at all."

Regrettably, the next question was totally unintelligible, I was thankful
however that Mr. Cooper had a good public address system to amplify his
reply, "The first moon landing was May the 22nd, 1962... or excuse me, that
was the first landing on Mars. I'm sorry, May the 22nd, 1962 was the
winged probe that used a hydrozine propeller, flew around approximately 3
orbits and landed on May the 22nd, 1962, was a joint United States /
Russian endeavor. The first time that we landed on the moon was sometime
during the ...probably middle 50's, because at the time when President
Kennedy stated that he wanted a man to set foot on the moon by the end of the
decade we already had a base there."

"What about Mars?" came another quick question.

"We have a base on Mars also," Cooper calmly replied.

"When did that happen?"

"I don't know the exact date but I know the project's name, it was 'Adam
and Eve'."

"How long have you known about this?"

"Well, I revealed it publicly for the first time on July the 2nd, 1989,
and within 3 weeks of the time I revealed it publicly, the government,
to get the American people not to listen to me, came out and said that
they planned to build a base on the moon and a colony on Mars. Now, 3 days
previous to my speech, representatives from NASA said, 'We can never have a
colony on Mars, it's impossible that there's a colony on Mars because Mars
is a dead planet.' And it's NOT a dead planet, they've lied to you about
Mars."

"My name is Dave [unintelligible], I'm a representative of the Crystic
Institute, and I'd like to know why it was that when we sent a representative
down to your home, at your request, you failed to produce any
documentation to substantiate your allegations."

"In the first place it was NOT at my request, I have never contacted the
Crystic Institute in my life. I was on the Carol Hemingway Show, she
contacted the Crystic institute, she told Daniel Shehan [sp] that I had
just said something about Bush and drugs on her show. HE called ME and
told me he wanted to send an investigator, in fact he told me to
even help the investigator because he was new at the job, his name was Wayne
Nelson, he is a very good gentleman, he stayed at my house for 2 days,
slept overnight on my couch, I gave him everything I had. I never told
Daniel Shehan that I had any documents and I never told Wayne Nelson that I
had any documents. In fact what I told Wayne Nelson, and I quote, 'Wayne, if
I did have the documents I couldn't admit it and I don't know you from
Adam, and I don't know Daniel Shehan from Adam and what makes you think I
would give them to you.' Who am I going to give them to and how quick
are they going to disappear, that was my thought. Wayne Nelson also came to
my house with a stack of documents this thick already substantiating the
presence of aliens and extraterrestrial craft on this planet,
and they are keeping it a secret, because they're afraid somebody'll
laugh at them and they'll loose their credibility."

"We need some patriots in this country, not people trying to make a
name for themselves, trying to expose some drug runners, because those are
just the bagmen. The real crook is in the White House! And you can tell THAT
to Daniel Shehan!"

"Why didn't Jackie Kennedy report [the source of the lethal shot]?"
asked another audience member.

"Who's she gonna tell? The Secret Service just killed her husband and
they're assigned to protect the President. Also, who had her children?
The same Secret Service had her children at the time."

"Wasn't the craft at Roswell, New Mexico destroyed and all the aliens
killed?" another young man asked.

"All the aliens were dead but the craft was not completely destroyed, it
was severely damaged yes."

On an unrelated note an older gentleman asked, "Does that mean that
'Alternative 3' is true?"

"Alternative 3 is absolutely true and so is 'Alternative 2'."

Then a man in his late 20's or early 30's raised his hand, said something I
couldn't hear, and was apparently recognized by Mr. Cooper who asked him
to take the podium and address the audience.

"What I said was that I thanked him [Cooper] very much for coming forward
and saying something. A lot of my friends out here know that I was
involved in the United States Special Forces, UFO Tracking and Research from
the years 1971 to 1975. My name is Richard Murray, I was based out of the
71st Tac Controll Flight, McDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. We were
'Mobile Radar Command,' that was combat and war ready. We could be
loaded on aircraft within an hour and many times were taken into areas [to]
set up radar. A lot of times we were set up around Egland [sp] Air Force
Base because that's where they have the 'Altered Temperature Weather
Control', where they can test various aircraft for their shrinkage and their
dimension change during altered temperature. So, you know, I was told
to shut up twice in 1982 and they finally threatened my parents life so
I stayed quiet, and, that's when Wendel Stevens was taken off the
streets... Just like that! And I hid for quite awhile, and decided to come
back out when I heard that you're [Cooper] of such high rank as you
were, and I felt just in saying that your credentials are true, and that
what you have to say, everything you've said here today, I've heard
before behind closed doors. And you've really tied the link for me to the
Kennedy killing. And there's a few more links that have to go on with the
Columbia Cartel and the money laundering. I think there's more than
one cartel involved, and they're shutting one of them down so one can
maintain a power, it just seems to be the way it works."

A muffled question then came from someone in the audience regarding the
person referred to as "Colonel Stevens."

"Uh, Colonel Stevens is out of jail now," replied Murray who was quickly
asked another question I couldn't hear to which he answered, "I sure hope to
hell so, he is a wonderful man and I give him my utmost respect and it was
one of the saddest days in my life to see what happened to him happen to
him. But I don't care what they say about Wendel Stevens, in my heart you
can't discredit that man to me. I don't care who the hell you are. I
won't listen to it, I don't give a shit if he was screwin' babies. You
know... that doesn't... he's not that kind of a man, I don't care what you
say, I know him personally."

The lecture was then essentially over. The "Alternative 2 and 3" that
were referred to briefly are, to the best of my knowledge, two government
contingency plans and I don't know which is which, to 1: Declare Martial
Law and invalidate the Constitution on the premise that a terrorist group had
entered the country with a Nuclear weapon with plans to detonate it in a
major city. All dissidents would be rounded up and placed in concentration
camps and the press and media would be nationalized. All this, if the
information becomes public before they want it to or if the aliens attempt a
takeover, and 2: Another contingency plan to contain or delay the release
of this information, the details of which I am probably wrong about anyway.

My own personal reaction to Milton William Cooper; Mr. Cooper is a man
who appears to be in his late fourties, of medium height and weight,
and was dressed casually when I saw him. His hairline was receding
slightly and he carried himself with confidence and purpose. Bill Cooper,
as he was called by several in attendance, is not a professional
speaker. His presentation lacked the polish of repeated deliveries which
all the other lectures I heard during the Expo. had, but what it lacked in
fine tuning was easily made up for in its content. Weather or not everyone
in the audience was convinced of his sincerity I do not know, but the
thunderous peal of applause which exploded as he concluded the session
spoke for me and the majority of those in attendance. I am convinced beyond
any reasonable doubt that Bill Cooper believes everything he said, and I'm
about as skeptical as they come.

describes some of the government operations, projects, and code names
that pertain to the above transcript. Perhaps from the two documents you can
reach your own conclusions as to what 'Alternative 2 and 3' are.

GRUDGE Contains 16 volumes of documented information collected from
the beginning of the United States investigation of Unidentified Flying
Objects (UFO's) and Identified Alien Crafts (IAC).  The project was funded
by CIA confidential funds (non-appropriated) and money from the
illicit drug trade. Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified
in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our
society. The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific,
technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC
sightings and contacts with alien life forms.This orderly file of collected
information has been used to advance the United States Space Program.

MJ-12 is the name of the secret control group.  President Eisenhower
commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to
sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and
find the truth of the alien question. The society was made up of 32 of the
most prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were
designated MJ-12.  MJ-12 has total control over everything.  They are
designated by the codes J-1, J-2, etc all the way through the members of the
Jason Society.

The director of the CIA was appointed J-1 and is the Director of MJ-12. MJ-
12 is responsible only to the President. MJ-12 runs most of the
world's illegal drug trade.This was done to hide funding and thus keep the
secret from the Congress and the people of the United States.It was
justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our
society.The cost of funding the alien connected projects is higher than
anything you can imagine.  MJ-12 assassinated President Kennedy when he
informed them that he was going to tell the public all the facts of the
alien presence.He was killed by the Secret Service agent driving his car
and it is plainly visible in the film held from public view.
A secret meeting place was constructed for MJ-12 in MARYLAND and it was
described as only accessible by air.It contains full living, recreational,
and other facilities for MJ-12 and the JASON SOCIETY.It is code named "THE
COUNTRY CLUB". Only those with TOP SECRET/MAJIC clearance are allowed to
go there.

MAJI is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE.  All information,
disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and evaluated by this
agency.This agency is responsible for all disinformation and operates in
conjunction with the CIA, NSA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency.This is a
very powerful organization and all alien projects are under its
control.MAJI is responsible only to MJ-12.
SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the
aliens and is still responsible for communications.

PLATO is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with the
aliens.This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under the
Constitution) with the aliens.The terms were that the aliens would give
us technology.In return we agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret,
not to interfere in any way with their actions, and to allow them to abduct
humans and animals.The aliens agreed to furnish MJ-12 with a list of
abductees on a periodic basis.

MAJIC is the security classification and clearance of all alien connected
material, projects, and information.MAJIC means MAJI Controlled.

AQUARIUS is a project which compiled the history of alien presence and
their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000
years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous
country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians.

GARNET is the project responsible for control of all information and
documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and
documents.

PLUTO is a project to evaluate all UFO/ IAC information pertaining to
space ....... [TRANSMISSION GARBLED]

POUNCE is the project formed to recover all downed/ crashed craft and
aliens.

REDLIGHT is the project to test fly recovered alien craft.It is conducted
at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada.It was aided when the aliens gave us
craft and helped us fly them.The initial project was somewhat
successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and
the pilots were killed.The project was suspended at that time until the
aliens agreed to help us.

SNOWBIRD was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying
saucer type craft were built using conventional technology.They were
unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press.The purpose was to
explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been
the SNOWBIRD craft.

LUNA is the alien base on the far side of the Moon.It was seen and filmed by
the Apollo Astronauts.A base, a mining operation using very large machines,
and the very large alien craft described in sighting reports as
MOTHER SHIPS exist there.

NRO is the National Recon Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado.It is
responsible for security for all alien or alien craft connected projects.

DELTA is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which is
especially trained and tasked with security of these projects.

JOSHUA is a project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generating
weapon.It was said that this weapon would be effective against the alien
craft and beam weapons.

EXCALIBUR is a weapon to destroy the alien underground bases. It is to be a
missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of Tuff/hard packed soil such
as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage.Missile apogee not
to exceed 30,000 feet AGL and impact must not deviate in excess of 50
meters from designated target.The device will carry a 1 megaton nuclear
warhead.

ALIENS, there were 4 types of aliens mentioned in the papers.


A LARGE NOSED GREY with whom we have the treaty, the GREY reported in
abductee cases that works for the LARGE NOSED GREY, a blond human like
type described as the NORDIC, a red haired human like type called the
ORANGE.  The home of the aliens were described as being a star in the
Constellation of Orion, Barnards star, and Zeta Riticuli 1 and 2.  I cannot
remember even under hypnosis which alien belongs to which star.

EBE is the name or designation given to the live alien captured at the 1949
Roswell crash.  He died in captivity.

KRLL OR KRLLL OR CRLL OR CRLLL pronounced Crill or Krill was the
hostage left with us at the first Holloman landing as a pledge that the
aliens would carry out their part of the basic agreement reached during
that meeting.  KRLL gave us the foundation of the yellow book which
was completed by the guests at a later date.  KRLL became sick and was nursed
by Dr. G. Mendoza who became the expert on alien biology and medicine.
KRLL later died.  His information was disseminated under the pseudonym O.H.
Cril or Crill.

GUESTS were aliens exchanged for humans who gave us the balance of the
yellow book.  At the time I saw the information there were only 3 left
alive.  They were called (P&#'s) Alien Life Forms ....... [TRANSMISSION
GARBLED]

RELIGION The aliens claim to have created Homo Sapiens through
hybridization.  The papers said that RH-blood was proof of this.  They
further claimed to have created all four major religions.  They showed a
hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed.  They
claim that Jesus was created by them.

ALIEN BASES exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico,
and Nevada.  Six bases were described in the 1972 papers, all on indian
reservations and all in the four corners area.  The base near Dulce was
one of them.

MURDER The documents stated that many military and government personnel had
been terminated (murdered without due process of law) when they had
attempted to reveal the secret.


CRAFT RECOVERIES The documents stated that many craft had been recovered.
The early ones from Roswell, Aztec, Roswell again, Texas, Mexico, and
other places.

GENERAL DOOLITTLE made a prediction that one day we would have to reckon
with the aliens and the document stated that it appeared that General
Doolittle was correct.

ABDUCTIONS were occurring long before 1972.  The document stated that humans
and animals were being abducted and or mutilated.  Many vanished without a
trace.  They were taking sperm and ova samples, tissue, performed surgical
operations, implanted a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near
the optic nerve in the brain and all attempts to remove it resulted in the
death of the patient.  The document estimated that 1 in every 40 people
had been implanted.  This implant was said to give the aliens total control
of that human.

                      CONTINGENCY PLAN SHOULD THE
                  INFORMATION BECOME PUBLIC OR SHOULD
                     THE ALIENS ATTEMPT A TAKEOVER.

This plan called for a public announcement that a terrorist group
had entered the United States with an Atomic weapon.  It would be announced
that the terrorists planned to detonate the weapon in a major city.
Martial Law would be declared and all persons with implants would be rounded
up along with all dissidents and would be placed into concentration camps.
The press, radio, and TV would be nationalized and controlled.  Anyone
attempting to resist would be arrested or killed.

               CONTINGENCY PLAN TO CONTAIN OR DELAY
                      RELEASE OF INFORMATION

This plan called for the use of MAJESTIC TWELVE as a disinformation
ploy to delay and confuse the release of information should anyone get close
to the truth.  It was selected because of the similarity of spelling and the
similarity to MJ-12.  It was designed to confuse memory and to result in a
fruitless search for material which did not exist.

               SOURCE OF MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE
                     DOCUMENTS WHICH I SAW

The source of the material was an ONI counter-intelligence operation against
MJ-12 in order for the Navy to find out the truth of what was really going
on.The Navy (at that time or at least the Navy that I worked for) were not
participants in any of this.The different services and the government
conduct this type of operation against each other all the time.  The result
of this operation was that the Navy cut themselves in for a piece of the
action (technology) and control of some projects.

As you can see this file is only a little different from my previous
file.  Only some names were scrambled previously to confuse the government
long enough for someone to verify that what I have said is the truth.I have
added information in this file that puts me in absolute danger.  I have
sent a copy of this file to people all over the country and will continue to
do so.  Please get this file into as many hands as you can and maybe that
will protect me but I doubt it.

Finally, it does not matter who is right and who is wrong or if a project
name is in the wrong place.  It does not matter who is working for who or
what is really what.  It should be obvious by now that something sinister
and terribly wrong is going on involving the government and the UFO
phenomenon.  We must all band together and expose it now.  I have done my
part in the best manner that I could. I can add nothing else except my
testimony in Congress or a court of law that what I saw and have written
in this file is true and that I saw it.

Everything in my previous file that does not conflict with this file is
true and correct to the best of my knowledge and some of it is from
sources and research.  You may combine the files to get the entire picture.
Throw out only that information which conflicts with that contained in this
file.

There will be no further additions or corrections to this information either
now or in the future.  My file is complete and stands to be judged by
history.  Sometime in the future the exact papers that I saw will surface
and you will all see this exact information contained within them.

THE SECRET GOVERNMENT
The Origin, Identity, and Purpose of MJ-12

PART I
The Truman Years
      During the years following World War 11 the government of
the United States was confronted with a series of events which
were to change its future beyond prediction and with it the
future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they
defied belief. A stunned President Truman and his top Military
Commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just
won the most devastating and costly war in history. The United
States had developed, used, and to date was the only nation on
earth in possession of the Atomic Bomb which alone had the
potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth itself. At
that time the United States had the best economy, the most
advanced technology, the highest standard of living, exerted the
most influence, and fielded the largest and most powerful
military forces in history. We can only imagine the confusion and
concern when the informed elite of the United States Government
discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by insect-like beings
from a totally incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert
of New Mexico.

13 Crashed Alien Space Craft in U.S.A.
      Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed
or downed alien craft were recovered with 65 dead alien bodies,
and one living alien. An additional alien craft had exploded but
nothing was recovered from that incident. Of these incidents, 13
occurred within the borders of the United States not including
the craft which disintegrated in the air. Of these 13 craft, one
was found in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico, and another had
crashed in Nevada. Three incidents also occurred in foreign
countries. Of those, one was in Norway, and the last two were in
Mexico. Sightings of UFO's were so numerous that serious
investigation and debunking of each report became impossible
utilizing the existing intelligence assets.

Above Top Secret Classification
      An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948 on a mesa near
Aztec, New Mexico. Another craft was located on March 25, 1948 in Hart
Canyon near Aztec, New Mexico. It was 100 feet in diameter. A total of
17 alien bodies were recovered from those two craft. Of even greater
significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts
stored within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its ugly head
and paranoia quickly took hold of everyone then "in the know". The
'Secret' classification immediately became an 'Above Top Secret' lid
and was screwed down tight. The security blanket was even tighter than
that imposed upon the Manhattan Project which developed the Atomic
Bomb. In the coming years these events were to become the most closely
guarded secrets in the history of the world.
Project SIGN and GRUDGE

      A special group of America's top scientists were organized and
the name "Project SIGN" in December, 1947 to study the phenomenon. The
whole nasty business was contained within the shroud of secrecy.
Project SIGN evolved into Project GRUDGE in December of 1948. A low
level collection and disinformation project called Blue Book was
formed under GRUDGE. Sixteen volumes came out of GRUDGE including the
controversial "GRUDGE 13" which I and Bill English read and revealed
to the public. "Blue Teams" were put together to recover the crashed
disks with living or dead aliens. The Blue Teams eventually evolved
into "Alpha Teams" under Project POUNCE.

Truman Creates CIA by Executive Order

      During these early years the United States Air Force and the CIA
exercised complete control over the 'Alien Secret'. In fact, the CIA
was formed by a Presidential Executive Order~first as the 'Central
Intelligence Group' whose express purpose was to handle the 'alien
presence'. Subsequently, the National Security Act (NSA) was
established to oversee the intelligence community, especially THE
alien endeavor. A series of National Security Council Memos and
Executive Orders removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering
foreign intelligence information, and slowly but thoroughly legalized
the direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad.
     On December 9, 1947, President Truman approved issuance of memo
NSC-4, entitled "Coordination of Foreign Intelligence Information
Measures" at the urging of Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson,
as well as the Director of the State Department's Policy Planning
Staff, Kennan.

Directive Defines CIA Authority Under NSC-4

      The Foreign and Military Intelligence Book 1, "Final Report of
the Select Committee to Study Governmental operations with respect to
Intelligence Activities", U.S. Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session,
Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, page 49, stated: "This directive
empowers the Secretary of State to coordinate overseas information
activities designed to counter communism."   A top secret annex to
NSC-4, is NSC-4A which instructed the Director of Central Intelligence
to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims
set forth in NSC-4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert
operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either
coordination or approving these operations. It simply directed the
Director (of the CIA) "to undertake covert actions and to ensure,
through liaison with the Departments of State and Defense, that the
resulting operations were consistent with American Policy."

Covert Abilities Expanded

      Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A
and expand their covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy
Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of
convert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC10/2 validated illegal and extra-
legal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national
security leadership.  The reaction was swift.  In the eyes of the
intelligence community "no holds were barred".  Under NSC-10/1, an
Executive Coordination Group, was established to review (but not
approve) covert project proposals.  The ECG was secretly tasked only
to coordinate alien projects.  NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were interpreted
to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about anything until a
project was over and successful.  These actions established an
effective buffer between the President and the information they
gathered.  It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the
President to deny knowledge of such activities to the public if leaks
divulged the true state of affairs.  This buffer was used in later
years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding Presidents
from any knowledge whatever of the alien presence other than what the
Secret Government and the Intelligence Community wanted him to know.
NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up
of scientific minds of the day.  The study panel was NOT called MJ-12.
Another NSC memo, NSC-10-5 further outlined the duties of the study
panel.  These NSC memos and secret Executive Orders set the stage for
the creation of MJ-12 which would come along 4 years later.

Secretary of Defense Forrestal Objects to Alien Secrecy

     Secretary of Defense, James Forrestal began to object to the
secrecy since he was a very idealistic and religious man who believed
that the public should be told.  President Truman asked him to resign
his position for divulging to leaders of the opposition party and to
leaders of the Congress the alien problem.  He expressed his fears to
many other people and rightfully believed that he was being watched.
His actions were interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts
as paranoia.  Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental
breakdown and was admitted to Bethesda Naval Hospital.  In fact it was
feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again and he had to be
isolated and discredited.  Sometime in the early morning of May 22,
1949 agents of the CIA tied a sheet around his neck, fastened the
other end to a fixture in his room and threw James Forrestal out the
window.  The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death becoming one of
the first victims of a cover-up.

Living Alien Rescued at Roswell, New Mexico, 1949

     The living alien that had been rescued from the 1949 Roswell
crash was named "EBE".  Its name had been suggested by Dr. Vannever
Bush as an acronym for Extra-terrestrial Biological Entity.  EBE had a
tendency to lie and for over a year would give only the expected
answer to questions asked by his interrogators.  Those questions which
would have resulted in an undesirable answer went unanswered.  At some
point during the second year of captivity he began to open up and the
information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least.  This
compilation of his revelations became the foundation of what would
later be called the "Yellow Book".  Photographs were taken of EBE
which, among others, I and Bill English were to view years later in
Project GRUDGE 13.
Alien Biological System Based on Chlorophyll Process

      In late 1951 EBE became very ill and medical personnel had been
unable to determine the cause of his illness as they had no background
about his biological structure from which to draw. EBE's biological
system was chlorophyll based and processed food into energy much the
same as plants did. Waste material was excreted the same as plants.
It was decided that an expert on botany was called for. A botanist,
Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to help EBE recover. Dr. Mendoza
worked hard to save his life until EBE died in mid-1952. Dr. Mendoza
became an expert on alien Biology.
Meanwhile in the futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with
this technologically superior alien race, the United States began
broadcasting into the vast regions of space a call for help early in
1952. The call went unanswered as EBE's life ebbed away but the
project continued as an effort of good faith.

Truman Creates NSA to Decipher Alien Language

      President Truman created the super secret NSA National Security
Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary
purpose was to decipher the alien's communications and language, and
establish a dialogue with them. This extremely urgent task was a
continuation of an earlier effort and was code named SIGMA. The
secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and
transmissions from any and all devices worldwide for the purpose of
gathering intelligence, both human or alien, and to contain the secret
of the alien presence from the public at large. Project SIGMA was
successful. The NSA also maintains communications with the Lunar base
and other Secret Space Programs.

NSA is Above the Law

      By Executive Order the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not
specifically name the NSA in the text of the law as being subject to
that law. That meant that if the agency is not spelled out in the text
of any and every law passed by the U.S.Congress, it is not subject to
any of those laws. The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact
is the premiere agency within the intelligence community. Today NSA
receives 75% of the budget allotted to the total intelligence
community. The old saying "where the money goes therein the power
resides" is true in this case. The primary task of the NSA today is
still alien communications, but now also includes other alien projects
as well. Whereas, the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) is a
figurehead maintained as a public ruse.

U.S.A. Shares Alien Secret with Soviet Union

      President Truman had been keeping our military allies, including the
Soviet Union, informed of the developing alien problem since the
Roswell recovery. This had been done in case the aliens turned out to
be a threat to the human race. Plans were formulated to defend the
Earth in case of invasion. Great difficulty was encountered in
maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an outside
group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in
order to hide the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by
the press. The result was the formation of a secret society know as
the "Bilderburgers" whose headquarters is located in Geneva,
Switzerland. The Bilderburgers evolved into a secret world government
that now controls everything, including the World Banking system.
Banking system.  The United Nation was considered then and is now,
an international joke among the elite power structure.

President Eisenhower tackles the Alien Problem

      In 1953 a new man occupied the White House who was used to a
structured staff organization with a chain of command. His method of
command was to delegate authority and rule by committee. He made the
major decisions but only when his advisors were unable to come to a
consensus. His normal method was to read through or listen to several
alternatives and then approve one. Those who worked closely with him
have stated that his favorite comment was, "just do whatever it
takes". He spent a lot of time on the golf course which was not at all
unusual for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position
of Supreme Allied Commander during World War II.....a position which
carries five stars on it. This President was General of the Army,
Dwight David Eisenhower.
During his first year in office 1953, at least 10 more crashed alien
disks were recovered along with 26 dead and four living aliens. Of
these ten downed craft, four were found in Arizona, two in Texas, one
in New Mexico, one in Louisiana, one in Montana, and one in South
Africa. There were hundreds of disk sightings reported in that year.

Eisenhower and Rockefeller Join Forces

      Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien
problem. He also knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret
to the U.S.Congress. Early in 1953, the new President turned to his
friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR),
Nelson Rockefeller for help with the alien problem. Asking Rockefeller
for his assistance with the alien problem was to be the biggest
mistake Eisenhower ever made for the future of the United States and
(probably most of all) for humanity. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began
planning the secret structure of alien task supervision which would
become a reality within a year. The 'matrix' for MJ-12 was thus born.
Why had he turned to Nelson Rockefeller on this sensitive Top Secret
issue? Nelson's Uncle Winthrop Aldrich had been crucial in convincing
Eisenhower to run for President. Consequently, the entire Rockefeller
family brought forth the Rockefeller empire to solidly back Ike.

Rockefeller Appointed Chairman of Advisory Committee

      Within one week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson
Rockefeller chairman of a Presidential Advisory Committee on
Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the
reorganization of the government. New Deal programs went into one
single cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education,
and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new cabinet position in
April of 1953, Nelson was named to the post of Undersecretary under
Oveta Culp Hobby.

Space Visitors Discovered by Astronomers

      In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space that were
moving towards the Earth. It was first believed that they were
asteroids. Later astronomical evidence proved that the objects could
only be spaceships. Project SIGMA intercepted alien radio
communication. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very
high orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and
their actual intent was unknown. Project SIGMA and PLATO, a new
project utilizing computer binary language in radio
telecommunications, were able to arrange a landing that resulted in
face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project
PLATO was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this
alien race of space beings.

Aliens from Plieades Warns U.S. about 'Grays'

      In the meantime, a race of humanoid-looking aliens made contact
with the U.S.Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens
that were orbiting over the Equator and offered to help us with our
spiritual development. They stipulated that we dismantle and destroy
our nuclear weapons systems as the major condition to their offer.
They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually
unable to handle the technology that they possessed at that time. They
believed that we would only use their new technology to destroy each
other. This race stated that we were on a path of self-destruction and
therefore must stop killing each other, stop polluting the planet,
stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in
harmony with each other. These terms were met with extreme suspicion,
especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed
that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an
obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the
decision. Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best
interest of the United States. Therefore the overtures were rejected.

Aliens from Orion Greet President Eisenhower

      Later in 1954, the race of large nosed Gray Aliens which had
been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic
agreement was reached with them. This race identified themselves as
originating from a planet around a red star in the Constellation of
Orion which we call Betelgeuse. They state that their planet was dying
and that at some unknown future time they would no longer be able to
survive there. This led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force Base.
The historical event had been planned in advance and details of the
treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs
on vacation. On the appointed day the President spirited away to the
airbase and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a
dentist.

Treaty signed with Alien Nation Ambassador Krill
      President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty was
signed between the U.S.A and the Alien Nation. We then received our
first Alien Ambassador from outer space whose name and title were "His
Omnipotent Highness Krill", (pronounce "Krill"). In the American
tradition of disdain for royal titles, he was secretly called the
"Original Hostage Krill". You should also know that the alien's flag
is known at the "Trilateral Insignia". It is displayed on their craft
and worn on their uniforms. Both of these landings and second meeting
were filmed which exist today in some vault.
      The Treaty stated: the aliens would not interfere in our affairs
and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on
earth a secret. They could furnish us with advanced technology and
would help us in our technological development. They would not make
any treaty with any other earth nation. They could abduct humans on a
limited and periodic basis for purpose of medical examination and
monitoring of our development with the stipulation that humans would
not be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, that the
humans would have no memory of the event, and that the alien nation
would furnish MJ-12 with a list of all human contacts and abductees on
a regularly scheduled basis. It was agreed that each nation would
receive the Ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained
in force. It was further agreed that the alien nation and the United
States would exchange 16 personnel with each other for the purpose of
learning more about one another.


Alien Personnel Exchanged & Underground Base Constructed

      The Alien "Guests" would remain on Earth and the human "Guests"
would travel to the Alien's point of origin for a specified period of
time and then return exchanging personnel to their home planet. It was
also agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of
the Alien nation. And 2 bases would be constructed for the joint use
of the Alien nation and the United States Government. Exchange of
technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. These alien
bases would be constructed under Indian reservations in the four
corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. Another one
would be constructed in Nevada within the area known as S-4 located
approximately seven miles south of the western border of Area 51 known
as Dreamland. All alien bases are under complete control of the Naval
Department and all personnel who work in these complexes received
their paychecks from the Navy. Construction of the bases began
immediately but progress was slow until larger amounts of money were
made available in 1957. Work continued on the "Yellow Book" compiling
historical and sociological data about the alien culture.

Alien Space Craft Tested In Nevada: Project REDLIGHT

      Meanwhile, Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation of
test flying alien-like aircraft was begun in earnest. A super TOP
SECRET facility was built at Groom Lake, Nevada in the midst of the
weapons testing range. It was code-named, DREAMLAND. The installation
was placed under the Department of the Navy and clearance of all
personnel required a "Q" clearance as well as Executive (Presidential)
Approval. This is ironic due to the fact that the President of the
United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien
base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area known
as S-4, and was code-named, "The Dark Side of the Moon". (Remember the
movie. . . Close Encounters of the Third Kind ?)
     The Army was tasked to form a super secret organization to
furnish security for all alien tasked projects. This organization
became the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Fort Carson,
Colorado. The specific teams trained to secure the projects were
called DELTA teams.  A second project code-named SNOWBIRD was
promulgated to explain away any sightings of the REDLIGHT crafts as
being Air Force experiments. The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured
using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several
occasions. Project SNOWBIRD was also used to debunk legitimate public
sightings of alien (UFO) craft. Project SNOWBIRD was very successful
and reports from the public declined steadily until recent years.

Secret Fund Finances 75 Underground Bases in USA

      A multi-million dollar Secret Fund was organized and kept by the
Military Office of the White House. This fund was used to build over
75 deep underground facilities. Presidents who asked about it were
told the fund was used to build Deep Underground Shelters for the
President in case of war. However, only a few were built for the
President. Millions of dollars were funnelled through this office to
MJ-12 and then out to the contractors and was used to build TOP SECRET
alien bases as well as TOP SECRET DUMB (Deep Underground Military
Bases), and the facilities promulgated by "Alternative 2", throughout
the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater
and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of its true purpose.
     The location and everything to do with these sites are considered
and treated as TOP SECRET. The money was and is in control of the
Military Office of the White House; it was and is laundered through a
circuitous web that even the most knowledgeable spy or accountant
could not follow. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and the end
of this financial web knew what this money was for. At the beginning
were Representative George Mahon, of Texas, the Chairman of the House
Appropriation Committee and of its Defense Subcommittee; and
Representative Robert Sikes, of Florida, Chairman of the House
Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee. Today it is rumored
that House Speaker Jim Wright controls the money in Congress and that
a power struggle is underway to remove him from power. At the end of
the line was the President, the Director of the Military Office, a
Commander at the Washington Navy Yard, and the MJ-12.
     The money was authorized by the Appropriation Committee who
allocated funds to the Department of Defense as a TOP SECRET item in
the Army construction program. The Army, however, could not spend it
and in fact did not even know of its intended purpose. Authorization
to spend the money was in reality given to the Navy. The money was
channeled to the Chesapeake Division of the navy Engineers who did not
know its purpose either. Not even the Commanding Officer, who as an
Admiral, know what the fund was for. Only one man, a Navy Commander,
who was assigned to the Chesapeake Division but in reality was
responsible only to the Military office of the White House knew of its
actual purpose, amount, and ultimate destination of the TOP SECRET
fund. The total secrecy surrounding the fund meant that almost every
trace of it could be made to disappear by the very group who
controlled it. There has never been and most likely never will be an
audit of this secret fund.
     Large amounts of money were transferred from the TOP SECRET fund
to a location at Palm Beach, Florida that belongs to the Coast Guard
called Peanut Island. The island is adjacent to property which was
owned by Joseph Kennedy. The money was said to have been used for
landscaping and general beautification. Some time ago a TV news
special on the Kennedy assassination told of a Coast Guard Officer
transferring money in a briefcase to a Kennedy employee across this
property line. Could this have been a secret Payment to the Kennedy
family for the loss of their son, John F. Kennedy? The payments
continued through the year 1967 and then stopped. The total amount
transferred is unknown and the actual use of the money is also
unknown.

Rockefeller assumes post as Cold War Strategist

       Meanwhile, Nelson Rockefeller changed positions again. This
time he was to take C.D. Jackson's old position which had been called
the Special Assistant for Psychological Strategy. With Nelson's
appointment the name was changed to the Special Assistant for Cold War
Strategy. This position would evolve over the years into the same
position Henry Kissinger was ultimately to hold under President Nixon.
Officially he was to give "Advice and assistance in the development of
increased understanding and cooperation among all people". The
official description was a smoke screen for secretly he was the
Presidential Coordinator for the Intelligence Community. In his new
post, Rockefeller reported directly, and only, to the President. He
attended meetings of the Cabinet, the Council on Foreign Economic
Policy, and the National Security Council which was the highest
policy-making body in the government.

NSC-5410 Memo defines Scope of Majority Twelve

       Nelson Rockefeller was also given a second important job as the
head of a secret unit called the Planning Coordination Group which was
formed under NSC 5412/1 in March of 1955. The group consisted of
different ad hoc members depending on the subject of the agenda. The
basic members were Rockefeller, a representative of the Department of
State, and the Director of Central Intelligence Agency. It was soon
called the "5412 Committee" or the "Special Group". NSC 5412/1
established the rule that covert operations were subject to approval
by an executive committee, whereas in the past these operations were
initiated solely on the authority of the Director of Central
Intelligence.
     In 1954 by secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5410, Eisenhower had
preceded NSC 5412/1 to establish a permanent committee (not ad hoc) to
be known as Majority Twelve (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert
activities concerned with the alien question. NSC 5412/1 was created
to explain the purpose of these meetings when Congress and the Press
became curious. Majority Twelve was made up of Nelson Rockefeller, the
Director of the CIA Allen Welsh Dulles, the Secretary of Defense
Charles E. Wilson, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral
Arthur W. Radford, the Director of the FBI J.Edgar Hoover, and six men
from the executive committee of the Council on Foreign Relations known
as the "Wise Men. These men were all members of a secret society of
scholars that called themselves "The Jason Society", or "The Jason
Scholars" who recruited their members from the "Skull and Bones" and
the "Scroll and Key" societies of Harvard and Yale, respectively.

Key members from the Jason Scholars, Secret Society

      The "Wise Men" were key members of the Council on Foreign
Relations. The membership totalled twelve which included six
individuals from governmental positions thus the name, Majority
Twelve. This group was made up over the years of the top officers and
directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later on from the
Trilateral Commission. Notable names as Gordon Dean, George Bush, and
Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them. The most important and
influential of the "Wise Men" who served on MJ-12 were John McCloy,
Robert Lovett, Averell Harriman, Charles Bohlen, George Kennan, and
Dean Acheson. It is significant to recall that President Eisenhower as
well as the first six MJ-12 members from government state departments
were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations.
      Thorough researchers will soon discover that not all the "Wise
Men" attended Harvard or Yale and not all of them were chosen from
"Skull and Bones" or "Scroll and Key" memberships during their college
years. You will be able to quickly clear up this mystery by obtaining
the book The Wise Men by Walter Isaacson and Evan Thomas, Simon and
Schuster, New York. Under illustration #9 in the center of the book
you will find the caption "Lovett with the Yale Unit, above far right,
and on the beach: His initiation into Skull and Bones came at an
airbase near Dunkirk". I have found that members were chosen on an
ongoing basis by invitation based upon merit post college and was not
confined to only Harvard or Yale Grads.
     A chosen few were later initiated into the Jason Society. They
are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations and at that time
were known as the "Eastern Establishment". This should give you a clue
to the far reaching and serious nature of these very secret college
societies. The Jason Society is alive and well today, and now includes
members within the Trilateral Commission as well. The Trilateralists
existed secretly several years before 1973. The name of the Trilateral
Commission as you remember was taken from the alien's flag insignia
known as the "Trilateral Insignia".

MJ-12 Known Under Many Names

      Majority Twelve was to survive right up to the present day.
However, under Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy it was erroneously
called the "5412 Committee"; more correctly, it was called the
"Special Group". In the Johnson administration it became known as the
"303 Committee" because the name 5412 had been compromised in the book
The Secret Government. Actually NSC5412/1 was leaked to the author to
hide the existence of NSC 5410. While under Nixon, Ford, and Carter
the Special Group was called the "40 Committee". And under Reagan, it
became the "PI40 Committee". Over all those years its purpose remained
the same, only the name changed.

Aliens Break Treaty, Mutilate Human Bodies, 1955

      By 1955 it became obvious that the aliens had deceived
Eisenhower and had broken the treaty. Mutilated humans were being
found along with mutilated animals all across the United States. It
was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of
human contacts and abductees to "MJ-12" as agreed by Treaty, and it
was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. The Soviet
Union was suspected of interacting with them and this proved to be
true. It was learned that the aliens had been and were continuing to
manipulate masses of people through the occult movement, various
cults, secret societies, witchcraft, magic, and religions. After
several Air Force combat air engagements with alien craft, it became
blatantly apparent that our weapons were no match against their
technology.
      Subsequently, in November of 1955 Eisenhower issued NSC-5412/2
establishing a study committee to explore "all factors which are
involved in the making and implementing of foreign policy in the
nuclear age." This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real
subject of intense scrutiny on the alien question.

NSC-5412/2 Creates Contingency Plan to Study Alien Problem

      By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC-5411 (1954), Eisenhower had
commissioned the study group to "examine all the facts, evidence,
lies, and deception and discover the truth of the alien question."
NSC-5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press
began inquiring as to the purpose of regular meetings of such
important men. The first meetings began at Quantico Mafine Base. The
study group was made up of 35 members of the Council on Foreign
Relations, secret scholars known as the "Jason Society" or the "Jason
Scholars". Dr. Edward Teller was invited to participate. Dr. Zbigniew
Brzezinski was the study director for the first 18 months. Dr. Henry
Kissinger was chosen as the group's study director for the second 18
months. Nelson Rockefeller was a frequent visitor during the study.

Second Phase Meeting of 'Study Group'

      The second phase meetings were also held at the Marine Base at
Quantico, Virginia and the group became known as Quantico 11. Nelson
Rockefeller built a retreat somewhere in Maryland for MJ-12 and the
study committee that could only be reached by air so that they could
meet away from public scrutiny. This secret meeting place is known by
the code name "The Country Club". Complete living, eating, recreation,
library, and meeting facilities exist at the location.
     The study group was "publicly" closed in the latter months of
1956 and Henry Kissinger published what was officially termed the
results in 1957 as "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy" by Henry
Kissinger, published for the Council on Foreign Relations by Harper &
Brothers, New York. In truth the manuscript had already been 80%
written while Kissinger was at Harvard. The study group continued
veiled in secrecy. A clue to the seriousness Kissinger attached to the
study can be found in statements by his wife and friends. Many of them
stated that Henry would leave home early each morning and return late
each night without speaking to anyone or responding to anyone. It
seemed as if he were in another world which held no room for anyone
else.
     These statements are very revealing into the nature of Henry's
personal dilemma. The revelations of the alien presence and their
actions during the study must have been a great shock to his reality
system. Henry Kissinger was definitely out of character during the
time surrounding there meetings. He would never again be affected in
this manner no matter the seriousness of any subsequent event. On many
occasions he would work very late into the night after having already
put in a full day. This behavior eventually led to divorce.

Major Finding resulted from Alien Study: Economic Collapse

      A major finding of the alien study was that the public could not
be told since it was believed that this knowledge most certainly would
lead to economic collapse, collapse of the religious structure, and
national panic which would lead into anarchy. Secrecy thus was
continued. An offshoot of this finding was that if the public could
not be told then the Congress could not be told either; thus funding
for the projects and research would have to come from outside normal
government channels. In the meantime money was to be obtained from the
military budget and from CIA confidential non-appropriated funds.

Second Major Finding: Genetic Experiments upon Humans

      Another major finding was the aliens were using humans and
animals for sources of glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal
secretions, and blood, as well as in horrible genetic experiments. The
aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They
stated that their genetic structure had deteriorated and that they
were no longer able to reproduce. They also stated that if they were
unable to improve their genetic structure their race would soon cease
to exist. We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion.

Current Weapon Technology Useless against Aliens

      Since our weapons were literally useless against the aliens
MJ-12 decided to continue friendly diplomatic relations with them
until such time as we were able to develop a technology which would
enable us to challenge them on a military basis. Overtures would have
to be made to the Soviet Union, and other nations, to join forces for
the survival of humanity. In the meantime plans were developed to
research and construct two weapons systems using conventional and
nuclear technology which would hopefully bring us to parity.
     The results of the research were Projects JOSHUA and EXCALIBUR.
Joshua was a weapon captured from the Germans which at that time was
capable of shattering four inch thick armor plate at a range of two
miles using low frequency sound waves. It was believed that this
weapon would be effective against the alien craft and their beam
weapons. Excalibur was a weapon carried by missile not to exceed
30,000 feet AGL, not to deviate from designated target more that 50
meters, would penetrate 1,000 meters of tufa hard packed soil such as
that found in New Mexico, would carry a one megaton warhead, and was
intended for use in destroying the aliens in their underground bases.
Joshua was developed successfully but never used to my knowledge.
Excalibur was not pushed until recent years, and now there is an
unprecedented effort to develop this weapon.

Vatican Archives reveals 'End Times' Prophecy True

      The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were
scrutinized. On suspicion that it was alien manipulation, an
intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy
surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles
that had been recruited and nurtured during WWII and soon obtained the
entire Vatican study which included the prophecy. This prophecy stated
that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of
Christ, the planet would self-destruct and the events described in the
book of Revelations would indeed come to pass. It stated that a child
would be born who would unite the world with a plan for world peace
and initiate a false religion beginning in 1992. By 1995 the people
would discern that he was evil and was indeed linked with the
Anti-Christ. World War III would begin in the Middle East in 1995 with
an invasion of Israel by the United Arab nations using conventional
weapons which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust in the latter
part of 1999. Between 1999 and the year 2003 most of life on the
planet Earth would suffer horribly and die as a result. The return of
the Christ would occur in the year 2011.

Aliens Confronted with Biblical Prophecy

      When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed
that it was true. (The reader is cautioned to remember that the
alien's hidden agenda is support by lying.) The aliens further
explained that they had created the human species through
hybridization and had manipulated the human race historically through
religion, satanism, witchcraft, magic and other occult movements. They
further purported that they were capable of time travel and the events
would indeed come to pass according to the text in Revelations if the
current trends and attitudes persist. Later exploitation of alien
technology by the United States and the Soviet Union utilizing time
travel confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram which they
claimed was the actual crucifixion of Christ and allowed the
government to film.
     We didn't know whether to believe them or not. Were they using
genuine religions to manipulate us? Or, were they indeed the source of
our religions with which they have been manipulating us all along? Was
this the beginning of the genuine END TIMES and the RETURN OF CHRIST
which has been predicted in the Bible? No one knew the answer.
      A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the
greatest scientific minds living then. They reached the conclusion
that by the end of the century or shortly after the year 2,000 the
planet would self-destruct due to increased population and man's
exploitation of the environment without any help from God or the
aliens.

Jason Scholars are asked to develop Alternative Scenario

      By secret Executive Order of President Eisenhower, the Jason
Scholars were ordered to study this scenario and make recommendations
called "Alternatives 1, 2, & 3." Alternative One was the use of
nuclear devices to blast holes in the Stratosphere from which the heat
and pollution would escape into space. Change the human cultures from
that of exploitation into cultures of environmental protection. Of the
three this was decided to be the least likely to succeed due to the
inherent nature of man and the additional damage the nuclear
explosions would themselves create. Alternative Two was to build a
vast network of underground cities and tunnels in which a select
representation of all cultures and occupations would survive and carry
on the human race. The rest of humanity would be left to fend for
themselves on the surface of the planet. Alternative Three was to
exploit the alien and conventional technology in order for a select
few to leave the earth and establish colonies in outer space. I am not
able to either confirm nor deny the existence of "Batch Consignments"
of human slaves which would be used for the manual labor in the effort
as part of the plan.
     The Moon, code named "Adam" would be the object of primary
interest followed by the planet Mars, code named "Eve". As a delaying
action, all three alternatives would include birth control,
sterilization, and the introduction of deadly microbes to control or
slow the growth of the Earth's population. AIDS virus is only ONE
result of these plans. There are other contingencies at work. It was
decided since the population must be reduced and controlled that it
would be in the best interest of the human race to rid ourselves of
the undesirable elements of our society. The joint U.S. and Soviet
leadership dismissed Alternative One, but ordered work to begin on
Alternatives Two and Three virtually at the same time.

Rand Corporation Symposium on Underground Shelters

      In 1959 the Rand Corporation hosted a Deep Underground
Construction Symposium. In the Symposium report, machines are pictured
and described which would bore a tunnel 45 feet in diameter at the
rate of 5 feet per hour. It also displays pictures of huge tunnels and
underground vaults containing what appear to be complex facilities and
possibly even cities. It appears that in the previous five years an
all-out underground construction effort had made significant progress
by that time.

ILLegal Drug Markets become Financial Resource for CIA

      The ruling powers decided that one means of funding the alien
connection or other black market projects was to corner the illegal
drug market. A young ambitious member of the Council on Foreign
Relations was approached with this concept. He was president and
C.E.O. of Zapata Oil Co. based in Texas. George Bush is his name.
Zapata Oil was experimenting with the new technology of offshore
drilling. It was correctly thought that the drugs shipped from South
America to offshore platforms by fishing boats could be brought ashore
by the normal transportation route used for supplies and personnel. By
this method no customs or law enforcement agency would subject the
cargo to search procedures. George Bush agreed to help and organized
the operation in conjunction with CIA support. The plan worked better
than anyone had ever anticipated and has since expanded worldwide.
There are now many other methods of bringing the illegal drugs into
the country. It must always be remembered that George Bush began the
sale of drugs to our children. Regardless of the present day media
hype campaign to "Just Say No! to Drugs", our country's Drug Czar is
George Bush. The CIA now controls all the world's illegal drug
markets.

President Kennedy Discovers Separate Space Program

      The "Official" Space Program was boosted by President Kennedy in
his inaugural address when he mandated that the United States put a
man on the moon before the end of the decade. Although innocent in its
conception this mandate enabled those in charge to funnel vast amounts
of money into black market projects and conceal the genuine space
program from the American People. A similar program in the Soviet
Union served the same purpose. In fact, a joint alien, Soviet Union
and United States lunar base already existed on the moon at the very
moment Kennedy spoke the words. On May 22, 1962 a space probe landed
on Mars and confirmed the existence of an environment which could
support life. Not long afterward the construction of a colony on the
planet Mars began in earnest. Today cities exist on Mars populated by
specifically selected people from different cultures and occupations
taken from all over the Earth. A public charade of antagonism between
the Soviet Union and United States has been maintained over all these
years in order to fund projects in the name of National Defense when
in fact we are the closest allies.

President Kennedy Threatens to Expose the Alien Secret

      At some point President Kennedy discovered portions of the truth
concerning the drugs and the aliens. He issued an ultimatum in 1963 to
MJ-12. President Kennedy assured them that if they did not clean up
the drug problem, he would. He informed MJ-12 that he intended to
reveal the presence of aliens to the American people with the
following year and ordered a plan developed to implement his decision.
President Kennedy was not a member of the Council on Foreign Relations
and knew nothing of "Alternative 2" or "Alternative 3".
Internationally the operations were supervised by MJ-12 and in the
Soviet Union by its sister organization. President Kennedy's decision
struck fear into the hearts of those in charge. His assassination was
ordered by the Policy Committee and the order was carried out by
agents of MJ-12 in Dallas.

President Kennedy Is Assassinated In Dallas

      President John F. Kennedy was murdered by the Secret Service
Agent who drove his car in the motorcade and the act is plainly
visible in the film. WATCH THE DRIVER and NOT KENNEDY when you view
the film. All of the witnesses who were close enough to the car to see
William Greer shoot Kennedy were themselves all murdered within the
next two years of the event. The Warren Commission was a farce and
Council on Foreign Relations members made up the majority of its
panel. They succeeded in snowing the American People. Many other
patriots who attempted to reveal the alien secret have also been
murdered throughout the intervening years.

Alien Moon Base Discovered by Apollo Astronauts

      During the era of the United States initial space exploration,
the Moon base dubbed "Luna" was sighted and filmed by the Apollo
Astronauts. Domes, spires, tall round structures which look like
silos, huge "T" shaped mining vehicles which left stitch-like tracks
in the lunar surface, and extremely large as well as small alien craft
appear in the photographs. It is a joint United States, Russian and
Alien Lunar Base. The Space Program is a farce and an unbelievable
waste of money. "Alternative 3" is a reality and is not at all a
science fiction fantasy. Most of the Apollo Astronauts were severely
shaken by this experience and their lives and subsequent statements
reflect the depth of the revelation and the effect of the muzzle order
which followed. They were ordered to remain silent or suffer extreme
penalty, death, which was termed an "expediency". One astronaut
actually did talk to the British producers of the TV expose
"Alternative 3" confirming many of the allegations.

Astronaut Goes on Record exposes Alternative 3

      In the book Alterative 003 under the pseudonym, "Bob Grodin",
the astronaut concealed his identity. It was also stated that he
committed suicide in 1978. This cannot be validated by any source and
I believed that several so-called facts in the book are really
disinformation. I firmly believed that this disinformation is a result
of pressure put upon authors and is meant to nullify the effect upon
the viewers of the British TV expose' "Alterative 3". The headquarters
of the international conspiracy is in Geneva, Switzerland. The ruling
body is made up of representatives of the Governments involved as well
as the Executive members of the group known as the "Bilderburgers".
Meetings are held by the "Policy Committee" when necessary on a
Nuclear Submarine beneath the Polar Ice Cap. The secrecy is such that
this was the only method which would ensure that the meetings would
not be bugged. I can say that the book is at least 70% true from my
own knowledge and the knowledge of my sources. I believe that the
disinformation was an attempt to compromise the British TV expose with
information which could be proven false, just as the "Eisenhower
Briefing Document" was released here in the United States under the
contingency plan "Majestic twelve", and which can also be proven
false.

Alien Technology Given to U.S. Scientists

      Since our interaction with the aliens began, we have come into
possession of technology beyond our wildest dreams. A craft named
"Aurora" exists at Area 51 which makes regular trips into space. It is
a single stage ship called a TAV (transatmospheric vehicle) and can
take off from the ground using a 7 mile runway; go into high orbit;
return on its own power; and land on the same runway. We currently
have and fly atomic powered alien type craft at Area S-4 in Nevada.
Our pilots have made interplanetary voyages in these craft. The public
has been lied to about the true nature of the Moon, the planets~Mars
and Venus, and the real state of technology that we possess at this
very moment.

Moon Atmosphere Supports Life

      There are areas on the Moon where plant life grows and even
changes color with the seasons. This seasonal effect is because the
Moon does not, as claimed, always present the exact same side to the
earth or the sun. There is an area that wobbles in and out of darkness
on a seasonal basis and it is near this area that the plant life
grows. The Moon does have a few man-made lakes and ponds upon its
surface. Clouds have also been observed and filmed in its atmosphere.
It possesses a gravitational field and a human can walk upon its
surface without a space suit breathing from an oxygen bottle after
undergoing decompression the same as any deep sea diver would need to
do. I have seen the photographs of the lunar surface some of which
were actually published in the book, We Discovered Alien Bases on the
moon by Fred Steckling.

Human vs. Alien Confrontation in Underground Lab

      In 1969 a confrontation broke out between the human scientists
and the aliens at the Dulce underground lab. The aliens took many of
our scientists hostage. Delta Forces were sent in to free them but
were no match against the alien weapons. Sixty-six of our people were
killed during this action. As a result, we withdrew from all joint
projects for at least 2 years. A reconciliation eventually took place
and once again we began to interact. Today the alliance continues.

President Nixon Forced to Resign by MJ-12

      When the Watergate scandal broke, President Nixon had intended
to ride out the storm; confident that he could not be impeached.
However, MJ-12 had a different agenda. The intelligence community
rightfully concluded that an impeachment trial would open up the files
and bare the awful secrets to the public eye. Nixon was ordered to
resign. He refused and so the first military coup in U.S history took
place. The Chiefs of Staff sent a TOP SECRET message to the Commanders
of all the U.S. armed forces throughout the world. It stated, "Upon
receipt of thiS message you will no longer carry out any orders from
the White House. Acknowledge receipt." This message was sent a full 5
days before Nixon conceded and announced publicly that he would
resign. I personally saw this message. When I asked my commanding
officer what he would do as obviously the order violated the
Constitution, I was told, "I guess I will wait to see if any orders
come from the White House and then I will decide." I did not see any
communication from the White House but that does not mean that none
was sent.
      During all the years that this has been happening, the Congress
and the American people seemed have known that something was not
right. When the Watergate scandal surfaced they jumped on the
bandwagon and everyone thought that the agencies would be cleaned out.
President Ford organized the Rockefeller Commission to do the job. At
least that is what everyone thought. His real purpose was to head off
the Congress and keep the coverup going. Nelson Rockefeller who headed
the Commission investigating the intelligence community is a member of
the Council on Foreign Relations and was the one who helped Eisenhower
build the MJ-12 power structure. Rockefeller uncovered only enough to
keep the hounds at bay. He threw the Congress a few bones and the
cover-up rolled merrily along as always.

Special Commission Covers Up Top Secret Facts

      Later Senator Church would conduct the famous Church Hearings.
He also was a prominent member of the Council on Foreign Relations and
He only repeated the Rockefeller act. Again the cover-up prevailed.
When the Iran Contra controversy came along we thought this time the
truth had to come gushing out. Wrong again. Despite mountains of
documents that pointed to drug smuggling and other hidden monsters,
the cover-up sailed through. The congress even seemed to go out of its
way to duck the issues that were just under the surface. Could it be
that Congress knows the whole thing and won't tough it? Are they among
the select who have been picked for the Mars Colony when the Earth
begins to destruct?

Vast Financial Network Hides CIA Funding

      I cannot even begin to outline the entire financial empire
controlled by the CIA, the NSA, and the Council on Foreign
Relations~that are controlling and laundering money from drugs and
other intelligence community proprietary ventures. I can tell you the
little that I know. The amount of money is beyond anything you can
imagine hidden within vast networks of international banks and holding
companies. You should first begin to look at the J.Henry Schroder
Banking Corporation, the Schroder Gerbruder and Company, Schroders
Limited (London), Helbert Wagg Holdings, Ltd., J.Henry Schroder-Wagg &
Co. LTD, the Schroder Trust Company (Germany), Schroder Munchmeyer
Hengst and Company, Castle Bank and its holding companies, the Asian
Development Bank, and Nugan Hand octopus of banks and holding
companies.

False Trail Created as Contingency Plan

      A contingency plan was formulated by MJ-12 to throw everyone off
the trail should any query come close to the truth. The plan was known
as MAJESTIC TWELVE. It was implemented with the release by Moore,
Shandera, and Friedman of the purported genuine "Eisenhower Briefing
Document". The reference document is a fraud. It lists the Executive
Order as #092447. A number which does not exist and will not exist for
quite a long time at the present rate. President Truman wrote
Executive Orders in the 9,000 range, Eisenhower wrote in the 10,000
range, Ford was up to the 11,000 bracket, and Ronald Reagan got only
into the 12,000 numbers. Executive
Orders are numbered consecutively, no matter who occupies the white
House for reasons of continuity, record keeping, and to prevent
confusion. The Executive Order is only one of several fatal flaws
contained within the document. The plan so far has thrown the entire
research community off the trail for several years and has resulted in
the wasted expenditure of money looking for information which does not
exist. It resulted in the total waste of a grant by the Fund for UFO
Research of $16,000 which was given to Stanton Friedman to carry on
research. Many thousands of man hours have gone into looking for a
"red herring". If you doubt the secret government's ability to run you
through the rose garden, you had better think again.

Contingency Plan Prepares Public for Alien Encounter

      Another aspect of the contingency plans is in force and working
upon you today. It is designed to prepare the public for eventual
confrontation with the alien race. The public is being bombarded with
movies, radio, advertising, and television depicting almost every
aspect of the true nature of the alien presence. This includes both
the good and the bad image. The Special Group is making funding and
financial backing available to television and movie productions with
this central theme. Look around and pay close attention to productions
coming to theaters relating to alien themes and encounters such as
Alien Nation, They Live, E.T., The Hidden, My Mother is an Alien, Dr.
Alien, Close Encounters, -- to name a few. The aliens are planning to
make their presence known and the government is preparing you to that
end so as to prevent the type of public panic which occurred in
October of 1938.

Contingency Plan Creates Criminal Class Society

      The worst part of the contingency plans has also been
implemented, and is at work right now. For many years now they have
been importing drugs and selling them to Americans, mainly the poor
and minorities. Social welfare programs were set into place to create
a strata of dependent non-working element within our society. They
gradually remove people from the social welfare programs by changing
the eligibility requirements creating a desperate social under class
who'll turn to drugs and crime for survival purposes. A large criminal
class that did not exist in the 1950's and early 1960's has now
spawned into second and third generation outlaws and the chronically
unemployed. The "plan" also encourage the manufacture and importation
of deadly military firearms for the criminal element to use. This was
intended to foster a feeling of insecurity which would lead the
American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws
against firearms. Incidents were to be staged to speed up the process.
By using drugs and hypnosis in a process called "Orion" on selected
mental patients, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open
gunfire on school yards and thus inflame the anti-gun lobby. The plan
is well underway to erode every Constitutional protection we need to
defend ourselves from a dictatorial regime from taking over from
within. So far the master plan is working exactly as contemplated.
But, this plan must not succeed. Grass roots efforts and power must
not be under estimated. The Minute Men stood their ground against
great odds confronting the British. A giant wave of opposition is
building by people like you and I who value their commitment to the
freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution. Do you know what your
Constitutional Rights are? Moreover, are you willing to take a stand,
protect yourself and your Rights when this time comes? And it will!

Typical Scenario: Suspend Constitution, Institute Martial
Law

      A typical scenario will go as follows: due to the wave of crime
sweeping the nation, authorities will try to convince the public that
a state of anarchy exists within some major city. They are building
their case almost nightly on TV and in the daily newspapers. When
public opinion is favorable, they intend to state that a terrorist
group armed with a nuclear weapon has entered our borders and plans to
detonate it in one of our coastal cities. The government will then
suspend the Constitution and declare Martial Law. The secret alien
army of implanted humans and all dissidents (which translates into
anyone they choose) will be rounded up and placed into concentration
camps which already exist throughout the country. These camps are one
mile square.
     Are the designated people whom they intend to place in these
concentration camps destined to make up the reported "batch
consignment" slave labor force which are needed by the Space Colonist?
The media, radio, TV, newspapers, and computer networks will be
nationalized and seized. Rogue short wave radios and electronic
bulletin boards (BBS) may offers some small resistance networks but
will soon be revealed by collaborators and then confiscated by local
authorities. Black markets will flourish as usual. Anyone who resists
will be taken away or shot on the spot. This entire operation was
rehearsed by the government and military in 1984 under the code name
"REX-84". And it was an unbelievable success! When these events have
transpired the SECRET GOVERNMENT and/or ALIEN FORCES subversive
takeover will be final. Your freedoms will never be returned. Your
democracy will cease to exist. You will live in protected slavery for
the remainder of your life. If you know what's good for you, you'll
wake up now and really see what's happening. You had better do it now.
     Phil Klass, an agent of the CIA, has stated in the documents I
saw between 1970 and 1973 his job tasks. One of his jobs as an
aviation expert was to debunk everything to do with UFO's. All
military commanders were instructed to call him to gain information on
how to debunk and/or explain UFO contacts and/or sightings to the
public and/or sightings to the public and/or press, if and when the
need arose.

New Agents of Disinformation infiltrate UFO Groups

      William Moore, Jaimie Shanders, and Stanton Friedman are either
witting (with knowledge) or unwitting (being without knowledge) agents
of the secret government. I prefer to believe that they are unwitting
agents although William Moore's reported use of a Defense
Investigation Service ID card and his reputed self confession to Lee
Graham that he was an agent of the government makes me seriously doubt
them if the reports are true. Lee Graham called me at my home, and
when asked about Moore's confession, did confirm that Moore had indeed
confessed to him of being an official agent.
     Stanton Friedman has told me and many others years ago saying, "I
helped develop a nuclear reactor that was the size of a basketball,
was cleanly operating, turned out hydrogen as a by-product, and worked
like a dream to power an aircraft." These are his words not mine. The
only fuel which could go into such an engine and produce hydrogen as a
by-product is water. The only place in the universe at that time to
get such technology was from the aliens. Is he really an unwitting
person? I do not know. He was a member of the Moore, Shandera, and
Friedman research team and it was them who implemented the MAJESTIC
TWELVE contingency plan.
      Between 1970 and 1973 1 saw listed in certain documents the
names of individuals who were candidates for recruitment to implement
the contingency plan known as MAJESTIC TWELVE. By having known and
respected persons introduce it to the public, it would be accepted
without question. Bruce Macabee, Stanton Friedman, and William Moore
were among those listed. I don't know if the subsequent events
directly implicate Bruce Macabee's involvement in the fraud, however
the actions of Stanton Friedman and William Moore are more than highly
suspect.
     I do know that all of the major UFO research organizations were
targeted for infiltration and control by the secret government just as
NICAP was infiltrated and controlled. I believe that these efforts
have been successful. It is very possible that the major UFO
publications in this country are also controlled.

MAJORITY TWELVE alive and well Today

      Today MJ-12 still exists and operates just at it always has. It
is made up of the same structure, six from the same positions in
government, and six from the executive members of the Council on
Foreign Relations who are also members of the Trilateral Commission.
The Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence is publicly known as the
Senior Interagency Group (SIG).
In closing, it is very important to understand that the Council on
Foreign Relations and its counterpart, the Trilateral Commission, not
only control this country economically, but own it. Long before WWII
they were instrumental in helping to decide policy for the United
States Government. The Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral
Commission and their foreign counterparts report to the
"Bilderburgers" society. Almost every high level government and
military official of any consequence since WWII including our
Presidents have been members of the Council on Foreign Relations
and/or the Trilateral Commission.
     Each foreign nation of any importance has its own offshoot of the
Council on Foreign Relations and the members of each country interact
with those from other countries through the Bilderburgers Society to
further their common goals. The foreign members of the Trilateral
Commission each belong to similar respective organizations. Even a
cursory investigation by the most inexperienced researcher will show
that the members of the Council on Foreign Relations and the
Trilateral Commission control the major foundations, all the major
media and publishing interests, the largest banks, all the major
corporations, the upper echelons of government, and many other vital
interests around the world. Their members are either elected or
appointed to influential and powerful positions in governments because
they have all the resources, money and special interests behind them,
except the ordinary people. They are undemocratic and do not in any
way represent the majority of American citizens. Unfortunately, these
elite are the people who will decide who survives the coming holocaust
and who does not.

The Elite Membership of the Bilderburgers Society
      The Bilderburgers, the Council on Foreign Relations and the
Trilateral Commission make up the SECRET GOVERNMENT ruling our nation
through MJ 12, the Jason Society or Jason Scholars, and the top
echelon of the government who are privileged to join its elitist
membership.
Throughout our history, the Aliens have manipulated and controlled the
human race through various secret societies, religions, Satanic cults,
witchcraft and occult movements. The Council on Foreign Relations and
the Trilateral Commission are in complete control of alien technology
as well as our nation's economy. Eisenhower was the last President to
know the entire overview of the alien problem. All succeeding
Presidents were told only what MJ-12 and the Intelligence Community
want them to know and believe which is not the facts. MJ-12 has

presented each new President with a picture of a lost alien culture
seeking to renew itself, build a home on this planet, and shower us
with gifts of technology. In some cases, the President was told
nothing. Each President in turn has swallowed their story, or no
story, hook, line, and sinker. Meanwhile, innocent people continue to
suffer unspeakable horrors at the hands of alien and human scientists
who are engaged in astonishingly grotesque experimentation on human
subjects which would make even the Nazis look like Sunday school
children. If this point is not clear enough to make you nauseous, many
of the human subjects also become food products for the insatiable
alien appetite for biological enzymes, glandular hormonal secretions,
and blood. Many of the people who are abducted are sentenced to live
with psychological and physical damage for the rest of their lives, if
they are allowed to be returned home at all. In the documents that I
saw, one in forty humans have been implanted with devices for some
unknown purpose which I have been unable to discover. The government
believes that the aliens are building an army of human implants which
can be activated and turned upon us at will. You should also know that
to date we have not even begun to come close to parity with learning
the potential of alien technology. Is this arrangement worth our
subjugation?

Tho Conclusions are Inescapable

(1 ) The secret power structure believes that because of our own
ignorance or by Divine Decree, our planet Earth will self destruct
sometime in the near future. These men sincerely believe that they are
doing the right thing in their attempt to save the remnants of the
human race (via, space colonization projects). It's terribly ironic
that they have been forced to take as their partner an alien race
which is itself engaged in a monumental struggle to save their
species. Many moral and legal compromises have been made in this joint
effort. These compromises have been made in error and must be
corrected. And those responsible should be made to account for their
actions (under a world tribunal). I can understand the fear and
urgency that must have been instrumental in the decision not to tell
the public. Obviously, I disagree with their course of action.
Throughout history small but powerful groups of men have consistently
felt that they alone were capable of deciding the fates of millions of
people. But as history bares witness, they have been wrong. This great
nation owes its very existence to the Principles of Freedom and
Democracy. I believe with all my heart that the United States of
America cannot and will not succeed in any effort what ignores these
principles. Full disclosure to the public should be made. It is
imperative that we should proceed to save the human race in its
entirety.

(2) We are being manipulated by a joint human/alien effort and power
structure which will result in the total enslavement or destruction of
the human race. We must use any and every means available to prevent
this course of action from happening to us.


(3) Because the government has been totally deceived resulting in our
being manipulated by alien forces which will result in our eventual
enslavement, we, individually and collectively, must use any means
possible to terminate further agreements and/or interactions with this
potentially destructive alien race of beings. We must inform the
public using public access radio and television. Take measures to
Protect your right to bear arms under the Constitution. And create
grass roots special interest groups to develop counter-measures to
economic and social control of our country by defending the rights of
individuals and/or minorities who are subjected to "divide and
conquer" strategies.

(4) We must force disclosure of all the facts, discover the truth and
act upon it. Much of what is happening and being planned for us would
be beyond our ability to understand at this time, if it weren't for
the courageous efforts of some individuals already dedicated to
resistance and defiance of the purposes of MJ-12. It is to that end,
that I am offering this information to you in the hope that it will
not go unheard. They must know our freedoms will not be compromised by
alien lies and deception.

(5) If the truth does not set us free from the potential destruction
that looms in our future, we must remove and eliminate the alien
threat and their Trilateral associates once and for all. No one group
or special interest is above the survival of the human race. We must
survive as a species in our totality, or we will perish as
individuals, like sheep in a slaughter.

What can we do to Stop the Tide?

       In any case, we MUST force disclosure of the truth no matter
what happens, or we will surely deserve our fate. The situation in
which we find ourselves is due to our own actions or inactions over
the last 44 years. It is our responsibility and we are the only ones
who can change the circumstances. Through misplaced trust and
ignorance in our governmental processes, we as free citizens have
abdicated our role as the "watch dog" over our public servants. Our
government was founded "...of the people, for the people, and by the
people". There was no mention or intent to ever abdicate our power and
responsibility by allowing and placing our total trust in a handful of
power hungry men who meet secretly and decide our fate. In fact, the
structure of our government was designed to prevent just that mistake
from ever happening. Most of us are completely ignorant of the most
basic functions of government. How many know how our electoral college
is picked to elect our President? We have truly become a nation of
sleeping sheep who are being led to the slaughter. It is time to wake
up, stand up and fight back in the same manner as our forefathers. I
remind you of a little history when the Jews of Europe marched
obediently to the Nazis ovens without believing the warnings. Having
been told the facts, they were warmed of Hitlers intent disbelieving
all the while that the facts could not possibly be true. When the
outside world was told of the occurring holocaust in Hitlers European
theater, it was not believed until the ovens had cooled. I
emphatically state here and now that this same Hitler was also being
manipulated by these same alien beings. I have brought you the facts
as I know them. I do not care what you think of me. I have done my
duty by disclosing everything I know with you. No matter what lies in
store for me, I can truly meet my maker with a clear conscience. I
believe first in God. The same God my ancestors believed in. I believe
in Jesus Christ and that he is my Lord and Savior. I believed second
in the Constitution of the United States of America as it was
designed, written, and meant to work. I have given my oath to protect
and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and
DOMESTIC. I intend to fulfil that oath.
